I and my partner decided to have a break from each other since yesterday because we have been having problems with our relationship.since last month we have been constantly arguing because of issues such as respect and trust.i have been going out with him for two years but know the fights have been worse and i recently slapped him durin a heated argument of which he slapped me back.so we hav decided to take a break from each other..and conclude wen 1 is ready to talk simply call the other.how shud i handle this break and how and when is best to get bak together??should we negotiate on some issues (like i feel he treats me differently around his friends(with no respect))or should i just move on with my life without him??

My bf is very moody which is why he hurts my feelings often. I was in an emotionally abusive relationship before and wanted to prevent getting extremely hurt in my current relationship which is why I built a wall around me when I realized that my bf can hurt me. i just found out last night my girlfriend slept with her manager at work...i dont know when, i dunno if it was while we were together or before...and i really love her so i want to find it in my heart to forgive her...but how?

and please dont say things like "leave her, dont forgive her" cause i want to forgive her...but how? advice please?

When was the last time you went up to your Father and hugged him? Or your Mother and kissed her? When was the last time you told them how much you loved them? How wonderful and special they are. Has it been a while? A day? A week? Maybe a month? A year? Two years? You say it's been longer than that? Well what's stopping you?Go to them! Go to them right now! Tell them how much you love and care for them! How much they mean to you! Kiss and hug them, squeeze them tight and never let them go! Please it is so important that you do this while you still can. I want to share a very sad thing that just happened to my boyfriends Mom not more than 2 hours ago, and how he wishes he would have told her more times that he loved her and how much she mean't to him, but he can't, she died an hour ago, by a careless and reckless driver on her way walking home from the store, not more then 100 yards from her home she was struck and killed, and she won't be coming home tonight or ever, and that's sad!

Id done something wrong to upset my bf and i didt know what it was, my bf started messin around pinnin me down and my bedroom floor and then after bit hed get more aggressive and hed start to have this weird look in his eye, i finally got up from him pinnin me down on my bedroom floor and moved to my bed, he then grabbed hold of me agen and pinned me down on my bed for 40 mins, he was touchin my face, and belly, i actually thought he was goin to do somet, but he didt. he let go of me finally after i started cryin cos he was hurtin my arms, sqeasin them more and more if i tried to move, i screamed at him tellin him i didt want him near me and leave me alone. i ran out of my room and into the bathroom, where i cried, this was the second time hed done this, the first time was at his house, but i gave him another chance.

My ex went back to his wife in Jan this year. Since then i have been with a few men and got on well but as soon as it starts to become serious, i push them away as i still really really love my ex Please dont think i am some silly girl i am a grown woman, but i just cant help thinking about my ex.

I know i will never get back with him as i couldnt do that to myself and to much has happened but when will these feelings leave me, i dont want to keep thinking about him 24/7!!!!

growing up my parents drank every night. they would get wasted and start yelling going crazy on each other, then they would gang up on me and start yelling at me how im a terrible person etc after many years i stayed away as much as possible and married at 18. 18 yrs. later still married to a great man and have 12 yr i would have my parents over and my dad would get drunk and try to beat up my husband. I put an end to all relations w/them up until 3 yrs ago they told me they will never hurt us again and all has been so good i felt we had a family finally and my child could share this too. soo they invited hus. and dght. on vacation last wk. soo excited for them went 2 dominican. got call from daght. crying so hard that granpa got drunk and started yelling @ her dad. i could not believe it. only there 4 hrs and he srewed up! he was saying horribly things about my family i flew there got new pl. 2 stay w/ them feel sick n heart and cant stop feeling bad!time 2 let go again?guilty

well not entierly!! my friends hate him,, they think he treats me like a piece of dirt but they dont see him when he treats me good,, only when he treated me bad..

GF is worried her 21 yr old brother who
has a strong interest in fashion
never seems to have a g-f (despite being date-material)
has a close friend who is very suspect in fashion-design
constantly dyes and changes his hairstyle
is totally pre-occupied with his appearance & very vain
quite feminine
has almost no male friends (all close friends are girls)

and is having a 21st party soon (his invites & the venue are plastered with own baby/childhood photos)?

She's very confused and upset. Her close, very traditional family has drifted apart since her mum passed- her brother was very close to mum- but she wouldn't have tolerated his preoccupation with himself.
GF has gay friends- but having a gay bro is something else.
She's worried it will crush her dad- and we think dad is in denial (eg convinced son is a lecturer- but actually he just marks papers)

Pls useful answers only- I ask again because of so many PC trite answers yesterday.

I was going to ask her to marry me many years ago. She was into bad boys. I asked the guy she met to back off nicely and got told to screw off. He married her. I buried my feelings and remained her best friend. I have watched and seen her unhappy and I would not say anything because she said she was happy. This went on for about 9 and 1/2 years. He cheated on her in the first 2 years. She is the type everything is fine. She had enough back in April. I still love her and want to be there for her. I even tried to get them to work things out and it hurt to do it. I gave up trying to help her husband after he started making accusations. She started hanging out at my parents and we would watch movies and talk. At one point she admitted to me she made a mistake marrying him. 2 months later she is giving him another chance. He has been mean to her and down right jerk during their marriage. I love her unconditionally and will be there for her no matter what. It really hurts and I am confused.

so when you go commando what happens does the inside of your legs get wet/sticky?

I seperated from my husband less than 12 months ago. I am now seeing a guy who I am head over heels in love with. There is no hope of reconciliation with my ex, and I want to move on but I always carry with me a sense of loss and sadness, and I miss our friendship. My husband was always honest and loyal with me, so there were no bad feelings on my behalf after our separation. Is it normal to feel like this? I feel like I'm betraying my new partner by feeling this way. I'm only 24 and married really young.

For the last 2 years ever since year 9 i have been called fat everyday by my "friend". i know i am not fat cause my other friends tell me im not and i believe that im not fat. at the beginning it was a joke.. and then it started to get to me.. i told my friend (who is a guy) to stop cause what he said hurt me. he stopped for a while then he was mean to me again. early this year i started to develop signs of an eating disorder. i was starving myself and threw up countless times.. i have not been able to look in the mirror for the last 2 years and feel good about how i look. i have told him hat he says hurts and i have even broken down in front of him. i know that he is not a mean person because he is only mean to me. i have recently told my boyfriend and 3 other friends that i have an eating disorder and they are helping me though it. i have imprved my eating , but i hate my old friend for what he has done to me.. i an scared that if i confront him.. people will find out my problem help

I have a friend whose husband is surfing the net constantly for **** -she discovered it by mistake when he was out...
She says that she feels used when they make love or even when they are together. They have a small baby - and she says that she is driven to such an extent that she is contemplating divorce...How do I explain things to her?
Is it something to be so concerned about ? Does the husband's act, amount to cheating ? If she does not bother about it - is there a chance that it can lead to something worse ?

I'm in trouble. I'm going through a divorce. We still live together and I found out through a neighbor that my soon to be ex has been making passes at her. We've been married 10 years and the relationship has been very rocky. I know that divorce is the right thing to do. But the way I feel inside makes me feel like I'm not in control. I'm hurt, angry, along with every negative emotion. In my belief my husband married for convenience and not love. (I've actually had someone tell me this) Of course he denies everything. How can a person be so cold and calculated. I've caught him in so many lies. Just the other day I found a check missing out of my book of checks it was written for June 16th and I didn't find out until July 3rd. He does this all the time so I'm in the process of taking him off the account. I can't handle all this. I work 3rd shift and I'm tired all the time. I'm so upset that I have stopped eating. I have thoughts about taking my own life.
