Yes, it is. Having sex with another person is a cheat game. Are you not satisfied with your husband ? Besides you want to go with a woman. It is better to be alone and masturbate if you are aroused with something else. It is better and by this way you will never cheat your husband. Don't end up with divorce papers.

It depends on whether you ask him or not. The response to "Can I" might be "As long as I can watch" or "yes" or "no".
But doing it on the side is a recipe for divorce.
