Vegas marriages are hardly ever recognised anywhere else in the world. If the marriage in Vegas was true, then that would mean bigamy took place. That's illegal. The first marriage would still be binding unless a divorce/annullment or death had occurred. Hope this helps.

Lol this has to be fake. a person as self centered, concieded, ego centric, and very spoiled as you has probably never seen antype of hardship in their life. You live in fantasy land. What exactly do you contribute to this marriage besides the fact that you think that your looks is all that is needed?? I mean seriously Your head is so far up your own ****. Your far from a REAL woman. A REAL women doesnt take advantage of their husband or look down upon everyone else around them. I feel bad because your obviously a terrible person.Time to grow up and land back on planet earth. Marriage is a partnership with someone you love and would do anything for. not a meal ticket....b**ch

You cannot be married to 2 people at the same time...period. So, if someone who is not divorced got married in Vegas...they're in trouble.

The second marriage does not bind, no. You can not legally get married in the USA, if you already are married.

Of course. You need to divorce before you get married again, it's against the law.

It is standard to be asked by the Officiator (JP, Elvis, Pastor) if you are there of your free will and without any encumbrances. If you answer yes, you are committing fraud, therefore the marriage is not binding.

You are guilty of bigamy and the wife in the void marriage can usually sue you for alimony and equitable distribution.
