I dumped my gf because I really felt she took me for granted. We were together for sixteen months. She is a single parent of two small kids who I felt I treated as good as my own. I could'nt do enough for her, I did all her D.I.Y. Paid for most everything. Most of our time was spent with her kids in tow, we prob' only had 10 or so dates on our own 'cos she rarely got babysitters. Most of her spare time, when the kids were at school was spent seeing her friends and family, she hardly ever asked to see me in the day when I had time off, I was the after nine o'clock guy when she could fit me in, yet she told me many times I was the love of her life!! I finally had enough and dumped her. It really hurts being taken for a ride like that. My question being.....did I do the right thing?

Her friend won't give the reason why she is mad at her and it is really bothering my daughter. She has send her an email and asked her why or what she may have said that mad her mad, but the friend won't tell her the reason. Who is being childish here

Ok, I have been deployed out of the country for a bit more than a year. My wife started watching the kids of this guy during the day (we also have kids, and his wife had passed away). No problem. He paid her for doing it. My wife is not the cheating kind. A couple of weeks ago she told me she and this guy had a huge fight that involved some shoving and had to be broken up. She said she filed a police report. I was terribly upset of course. But today I was on MySpace and saw that this guy is still on her friends list, and when I went to his profile I saw that my wife had recently (less than a week ago) sent her comments and some pictures (of the kids). Nothing is making me think that she's cheating ... but she's certainly acting strangely. I haven't been able to get a hold of her lately. Is she just being a drama queen? Am I being an idiot?

I would like some advice - if you fall for someone attractive at work and you are married what do you do ? I have had a platonic relationship with her over lunch breaks but the staff were jealous and complained to her now we cant be seen together - do I go the next step and try to see her after work or not - it is a strain seeing each other at work knowing we cannot communicate. What would you do ?

My husband betrayed n ran with my belongings ….my jewelry, expenses clothes, my gifts everything and left his credit cards bills which I paid on his behalf. It is almost a year; I don’t know where he is? Unfortunately that was a love marriage I have marriage certificate with me. Now I want to rid of this burden relationship. How this could is possible without his sign.

Hi I am female and yes if I got pregnant by accident I woundn't be happy about a man been given the decision to terminate my baby, BUT, how come women are given the option when men aren't? you could argue that the man should have used protection but so should the women and at least she gets the chance to put that mistake right with abortion, a man doesnt get that chance, and then may have to fork out child maintenance until the baby is 18. I know so many women who have one night stands on purpose to get pregnant they have the baby then send the CSA after the unsuspecting guy, I also know a lot of men who feel like ending it all as they cannot afforard to live due to paying this.
On the other hand I also know a lot of men who have begged their girlfriends to keep the baby while she has gone ahead and terminated.
Surely this is not fair, I think the farther should be allowed to sign something.
What do you think should men be given a voice in this decision (it is half their child).

Every time we go out he always wants to chat about his ex girlfriend and how they broke up (she cheated on him). This was two or three years ago now and he still hasn't moved on and either has the conversation - it's always the exact same story, delivered in the exact same way.
I've done my fair share of listening I think now and I’ve tried to make suggestions here and there, but I'm getting fed up now as this is getting old fast. Recently I tried to subtly suggest that he needs to move on, which he seemed to acknowledge at the time, but which I think he's not really taken on board.
So, other than laying into him or refusing to talk to him anymore about this what can I do?

I have a friend, she stole my phone, then texted the guy i liked earlier today asking if he liked me... no answer a little bit latter she texted him again saying that i like him... no answer, im pretty sure he didnt have his phone on, then when i was able to get my phone back i called him right away and of course he didnt pick up btu i left a message abotu how sorry i was she did that and stuff.. what should i do now i want to talk to him so bad but i hope she didnt scare him hes shy. I have only been with my girlfriend for one year, however we have been on a long distance relationship because she is trying to get her visa in america. We both was friends first, but immediately we had a strong love for each other. We have been on a long distance relationship for one year. We visit each other and contact as much as we both can. However her test just pass, and we had some arguements because I felt ignored during her testing period. Everything is find now, we almost broke it off 7 times because we don't know if she can work in the US. in Hawaii where I'm at. I am still a student and will be for one and half year more to go. I'm thinking of asking her to marry me if she can't get a working visa as a nurse in Hawaii. However being both low income students, maybe hard and my parents will be upset because they are asian and they want me to graduate first before I marry. I need some suggestions, I'm 24 and she is three years older than me. I want to marry her but am I ready.

Ok this is the situation. Been seeing a great guy for month or so..he seems really interested in me...i've met the parents & friends etc - all good! We have a great time when we are 2gether, have a laugh, great sex and chat non stop. This wkend was the 1st time we went out clubbing with all our mates (his group & mine..who don't know each other) again going great..he got a little drunk and said I was paying more attention 2 his mates then him..we had a few words, but sorted it, then later I find out his ex gf had been txting him & whateva ..so had a few more words. I'm worried he still likes his ex, i never get jealous & its driving me mad, he said he doesn't, deleted her number and says he has fallen 4 me.
I so don't want to b an arguing couple after a few drinks..do think its because it was our 1st time out? Apart from that we both had a great fun nite 2gether..what do u think?

my best friend is more popular than me and at lunchtimes we hang out togther but she always going over to her other friends, i dont know any of them and im REALLY shy. im afraid that shes getting sick of me and will want to hang out with these people instead. im dont have anyone else i could hang around with.
also- i try be friendly to her friends but some of them dont really like me and whenever im around people i dont know i dont talk because i think ill sound stupid
