Ok this is the situation. Been seeing a great guy for month or so..he seems really interested in me...i've met the parents & friends etc - all good! We have a great time when we are 2gether, have a laugh, great sex and chat non stop. This wkend was the 1st time we went out clubbing with all our mates (his group & mine..who don't know each other) again going great..he got a little drunk and said I was paying more attention 2 his mates then him..we had a few words, but sorted it, then later I find out his ex gf had been txting him & whateva ..so had a few more words. I'm worried he still likes his ex, i never get jealous & its driving me mad, he said he doesn't, deleted her number and says he has fallen 4 me.
I so don't want to b an arguing couple after a few drinks..do think its because it was our 1st time out? Apart from that we both had a great fun nite 2gether..what do u think?

alcohol brings out the true personality, just amplified. whatevers on a mind with drink, will be spoken out loud.

It sounds like the only problem here is he's not a good drunk. He drinks and gets paranoid. If he thinks that 1) his mates would make moves on his lady that's an issue and 2) his lady would blow him off for one of his friends, he might be well advised to do wine coolers or something a little less mind altering.

Your problem is you're not drinking and you're doing the same thing! You've started a very good thing but the key word is STARTED. It's very hard to totally cut a person off completely. It may have been an amicable split. As long as she is respecting the relationship that you and him now have let it go at that until you have a real reason to bring it up. Mistrust is a huge deal in relationships today.

It is because your relationship is only a month old. Give it time for the trust to build. Tell him that you did not appreciate him accusing you of foolish things, and you will not allow him to continue doing that to you. Give him some time to get over the ex. It does not happen over night! I think that you have probably already gotten too close too soon. Just remember that you may be his rebound relationship. He just left another relationship.

u said it urself, he's drunk & ur paying more attention to his mates... and both of you had words & everything.. these things usually happens in a club. just try to talk when ur both already in ur normal state of mind.
& dont tell him that ur not jealous coz it will just give him time to still in contact w/ her ex. Jealousy means u really love the person, just dont overdo it.
