maybe she is lonely and has no other friends. When u hang up on her just tell her YOU'LL call HER tomorrow and/or later. When u talk to her and its time to end the convo u can always make it seem that u are busy with work/ school stuff and say "i'll call you when i have a chance"
Just be nice. She might like i said be lonely and have no friends.

You should ask yourself do you like her
What do you think of her(your girlfriend ,friend ,partner ,parents)
If you love her,there maybe something wrong,but if you treat her as a good friend ,then everything is alright and you are lucky to have such a good friend

What is wrong with girls being friends with girls. Unless she is gay, and in that case you can always tell her that you are straight if you are not interested.
