I think Asian women (from middle eastern to indian to far eastern) are more loyal. Not that western women aren't, but we have more freedom of choice and also getting a divorce or cheating is not something we would get punished for by the society. In many Eastern countries cheating is considered a crime and major social tabboo, plus it's a more male dominant continent, so women are bound t be loyal.

answer is a loyal WOMAN will make the most

Culture does play a role - but you would need to really define loyalty. I mean freewill loyality or loyalty based on tradition or culture?
