i asked a question earlier
about if i should make new friends
because all seem to jst want to get drunk nd have alot of sex wt each otehr nd throw the tht of an actual relationshp out the window, then i began to realize

this seems to go alot with my college
especilay at the local frat houses
nd such

even at spring break
everyone is jst trying to sleep wt as many people as possible




WHY is college
labeled out to be just a big drunken orgy


isnt this the time when we are supposed to be preparing ourselves for the future
not trying to get pregant nd **** up our lives





i just dont i guess understand
is this the view of everyone in college or jst the majority

We agred to stay friends after we split up because neither of us know many people in this area or wanted to start a new relationship. Neither of us are over our ex's and jumped in way too soon so we mutually decided to keep things good between us because we get on well and enjoy each others company.

We chat most days on msn but over the last few days he has become moody and withdrawn. I dont want to ask too many questions as I have no right to but I also dont want to be treated badly by anyone. I have asked him if he is ok but he just gives me one word answers and then signs off a few minutes later. What am I supposed to think. He always chats first so I am not pestering him but when we chat I feel like he doesnt want to. Should I just forget our friendship. I have just bought a bike and lost nearly 2 stone and joined a gym but he doesnt seem interested in anything I say anymore. Please help can we salvage something.

My husband moved out on me and my two kids over a year ago. I am moving on and dating. However, my father in law recently took me to dinner. He said that he wanted to apologize for his part in this. I asked what did he mean. He said that over 20 months ago, his son told him that he was going to start having sex with someone else (he had probably already started by then). My father in law just took the "Heh heh, guys will be guys" attitude because his son was turning 40 and "Well, men sometimes think that they have to prove they still have it. I didn't think that he would take it this far."

I believe that I should not have much contact with them (in laws)anyway but they want to stay friends even though they have the other woman sitting in my chair at their house. What? Why apologize to me?

I have being seeing this person every morning while travelling to work; he is simple attention catching & I see woman lure over him. This morning I caught a mature woman look over at him *she smiled at me and said ONLY IF* and we both laughed…

But it made me jealous, the thing is I don’t even know anything about this individual but I sure know I love him. Seeing him every morning makes my life so easy and stress free. I look forward to seeing him every morning & hope to catch his eye *which never happens*

As a woman, I am too scared to make the move in case he thinks I am cheap and only after one thing but I don’t ever see him making a move. I have tried dressing nice, sitting next to him, wearing nice fragrances but no reaction…

He always had an 'alter-ego', the front he put on in front of people, a sort of fake charm that used to embarrass me frankly, because he didnt need to do it, I loved him the way he was, he was just a normal guy with all that brings! But he used to do the considerate caring 'new man' thing with other women, but at home, he was just himself ! Anyway, I hear that with this girl (well I say girl, he's 48 like me, and shes 26) he runs around after her like a puppy dog, she gets the alter-ego all the time. What does this tell you?

My brother is 34 years old, he is married with 2 kids. He used to live at his inlaws with his wife, but now he stays at our house, because he had an argument with his wife..He is self employed, a plumber, he is good at his job, but he cant seem to handle cash. He doesn;t give his kids or his wife money. He has a drinking problem. I tried taking him to hypnotherapy, but he went 3 times and stopped. I need to help him, but how can i when he wont take help? Please advise as this could ruin his marriage.

I feel that one of my bridemaids is unsupportive of me getting married. She thinks I am too young, and she seems to think that I don't know that marraige is hard work sometimes (which I know). I have been dating the guy for 4 and 1/2 years and she and her fiance are very close with us. They are getting married in May and we are in Decemeber. She may be a little jealous or frustrated that we are marrying before them, but I am struggling with the thought of my friend and bridesmaid not supporting this big part of my life. I was thinking of confronting her and telling her that if she wasnt supportive of my decision, then maybe she shouldn't be a bridesmaid? Is that too harsh? I am just really upset about this. Help!

my boyfriend and I are so in love. After many years of searching I've finally found the man I want to marry with, he says that I am a kind of woman he wants to marry with as well.
