I'm getting a lot of grief for being interested in a guy who's 8 years younger than me (I'm 30, he's 22). I didn't know initially that he was that much younger, and was not "looking" to date a much younger guy. I've never dated someone younger before in fact. We both really like each other, but I'm wondering whether I should even pursue the relationship further because of the nasty comments. Mainly from women, which really disappoint me- why would women especially be so upset? Don't women think we have the right to date younger guys, just like men can date younger women? I'd understand it more if I was like 30 or 40 years older than this person, but there's not even a 10 year age difference! I'm trying to not let all this outside pressure/comments bother me, but what gives? :(

There is this guy that has asked me out on 3 dates now. I rejested him by telling him I'm not allowed to date. Which.. is partly true. Now he hates me.. or at least thats the vibe I get. He always tries to put me on the spot or make my daily life as bad as he can. He always trys to embarrass me too. But, than somedays he sarts complimenting me and touching me. Is he bipolar? What is it? I can't seem to understand it.

When you love someone, I mean truly love them, but they don't return your affection. Should you give up and look for someone else before you lose yourself completely in that person, if so when is the right time??? Or should you continue loving that person in hope, and enjoy the emotion and the feeling???

Every marriage has a chair. The chair represents the control seat of the marriage, and represents what the marriage revolves around. The person sitting on this chair is the person who is the control and center of the marriage. For a marriage to work, the person sitting on the chair needs to be the right person. In your marriage, who is that person? Choose from the list of possible combinations below.

1. The Husband
2. The Wife
3. The Husband and the Wife
4. No one at All
5. Jesus Christ

In our marriage, Jesus sits on that chair. However, there are times when we try and take control. Those are the days when everything goes wrong.

I want to leave my husband to be with someone else. I live in nevada and want to leave and go to CA. Can I legally just walk out and take kids with me? i know if i file for divorce i can't leave the state until it is finalized and judge ok's it. I want to try to beat that so i can leave sooner. I'm not trying to keep kids away from their dad. he's not abusive or anything, the marriage just is over. I will go out of my way for kids to see dad when ever possible and for the whole summer if need be. I just don't want to wait a year or longer for the divorce to go thru and what if judge says no. Is there away to just leave and then file? any suggestions?

I really like him alot, he's hot. But he comes from a very different culture and I don't feel like it would work out in the long run. Culture doesn't bother me, I love everyone, but from experience it's hard to not be accepted by family of a loved one. I think he should save himself for his wife to be. And I am afraid of falling for him. Hmmmm, should I or shouldn't I???

Do couples who marry in a Las Vegas chapel, just the 2 of them, not big reception, have a first dance? I mean they get married in a chapel, where do they have their first dance? My fiance and I are planning on getting married in Vegas this weekend. It will probably just be the two of us. And we just realized that what about our first dance? I suggested we just dance out in the street in front of Eiffel Tower or something. But what about the music?

in general, life wise, workwise, personally? what makes you get up in the morning to go to college or work or both? ok i'll break the ice.

Every morning i try to wake up at six to be able to get myself ready and get my husbands lunch ready. Although i dont feel like getting up early the thing that motivates me is the fact that i can go to college and i am almost done with school. this motivates me because my husband would like to have the opportunity to go to school but he cant and i do it for the better of our future. so what is your motivation?

My boyfriend has never met his father. His mom says all these bad things about him and how horrible he was, but I'm not sure how much of that I believe b/c she's really dramatic. We had a daughter together last August and I think he thinks about his dad a lot more now that he's a father. My parents have been together all my life so I wouldn't know how he feels. I know there are probably a lot of people that have never met their father, so just kind of give me an idea of what you think.

We just got married June 30th of this year. Everything was going well for a few days. All hugs -n- kisses! Until one night my husband decided to sleep on the floor. I thought it was very weird. I asked him why the next morning and he told me, sometimes he likes to sleep on the floor. So, I just let it go. Then it happened again 2 nights in a row, but only this time he sleeps in a whole another room. I asked him again, what is wrong? Is it me? or what? He said, it wasn't me at all, he just likes sleeping on the floor sometimes. I asked him, but why in another room? He could never answer me. So yesterday I just got fed up with it and called a friend and crashed at her place. I left him a little note stating, When I married you, we became one. If I wanted to be alone, I would have stayed single. Since you want to sleep and be alone. I'll let you be lonely!!! It may sound immature to some. But for a woman like me being 22, him 29, and never being out on my own, 1st marriage, it sucks! HELP

Jo has JC of his son and has him 50% of the time.On the days we have him(tues/thurs/every other weekend) Jo is responsible for any dr./dentist appts that come up, sick/snow days ect.Jo chooses to do this as he is not required to do this by the court as she gets full child support and has residentail custody. The problem is we have a baby too but he "expects" me to do all the dr. appts/sick days.If our baby needs to come home from day care or go to the drs he allways has an "excuse" why he cant do it.If i push it he makes me feel like i'm a bad mom or hes doing me some great favor by helping me out but its his child too.He is very busy at work but so am i(we both work fulltime) plus he NEVER pulls this stuff with his exwife.Yes i have told him how i feel but he allways gets defensive whenever i bring up his exwife and he gets pissed.

We have them occasionally but only a "select" few are invited to the actual wedding. Would it be in bad taste to skip if you are not close to the person?

We're all human - we're all subject to make mistakes and be upset when mistakes are made. I get that - I'm positive that I've been the desire of someone's choke hold fantasies ~plenty~ of times. All of that in mind have you ever just wanted to flick the one you love square on the forehead?

my man looks at porn on the computer (he thinks I don't know) often - and believe me we have sex often too! What I don't get is why he finds it necessary to look at porn "after" we have had sex when I am not in the room? Am I not satisfying him or is it just a guy thing? Help me understand this whole porn turn-on thing. Ladies - if your man looks at porn everyday - how do you handle it?

I was born in Louisiana, where just about all of my family lives, and this year I moved to Texas. I have alot of family problems (involving abuse by a family member), so I am completely miserable even when I just visit Louisiana for a day or two.

My grandmother practically raised us. My mom worked full-time, and on the days when my dad was supposed to have us he just dropped us off at my grandmas house. We were there literally every day for most of the day from when I was a baby until my pre-teen years.

My grandmother begs me to move back home every time I talk to her. When she comes visit me, she always cries and says she can't wait until my lease is up so that I can move back home. In all reality, i have absolutely no intentions on moving back to Louisiana at all; I have never been as happy as I am living in Texas. I don't have the heart to tell her this to her face, but I know it needs to be done some time.

Am I wrong for putting my own happiness before hers?
