THIS IS NOT SOMETHING I AM PLANNING TO DO - JUST A QUESTION!!! I have never seen this, everyone talks about not wearing white, cream or ivory as a guest, but in the UK this is not viewed so seriously, everyone invited knows who the bride and groom are, I just don't see how anyone could confuse a guest with the bride.

okay..am i dumb?
My husband left 3 months ago, and wants a divorce.I think that he thought that women would be falling all over him, and they are not.I saw him out with a neighbour who he has had sex with, but she has a boyfriend too, and he says that they are just friends, but also says that they may hook up, and this women is a slut.
My husband tells me he still loves me,cares for me etc,we have 3 kids too.We have had sex a few times since he left too,and are still attracted to each other. He says that we may get back together, but maybe not, he is not sure, but is filing for divorce still.
Heres my question,is he just stringing me along? He knows that i love him very much, and will wait for him, will he come back?will he live wih this other woman?i guess maybe im just venting, but what are the odds of them getting together, and staying together, she is a cheat, and a liar, and im heartbroken that my man wants that in his life, were together 12 years.

I recently found out that my friend's ex-wife filed a temporary restraining order against him when she filed for divorce. Is this normal for someone to do in a divorce/custody situation?

My husband has never really placed much importance on "occasions" but has certainly never forgotten one before. I reminded him about our 10th wedding anniversary as I truly think it is important and would like to have done something special..... I had a feeling he was going to forget anyway...and he did. I was surprisingly disappointed. But he thinks it is not an issue at all and has done nothing to even apologise or attempt to redeem himself in anyway. He is making no effort at all, and that makes it even worse !
Am I wrong to have feel let down?

A couple that we were friends with whose wife left him "to find myself" but turns out actually left him for a man she had seen secretly for 6 months before are now separated. I am having a party for one of my kids. I want to invite HIM to come with their son. I don't want her there.

". . .being judgmental, blah, blah, blah..."
It is not being judgmental. I just don't want to be around her. May infect everyone else to believe that what she did is OK.

I don't really know what to do anymore. I am a study-oriented kind of person (or at least everyone taking O levels in Singapore will be) and I have a boy-friend who is on the other half of the world and because of that, our time difference is really great. But I feel that juggling this relationship and my studies is really tough. Even though my bf said that he will wait and be patient, but I feel guilt-ridden. I really love him but I also should also concentrate on my studies because I really don't want to let all my friends and relatives and family down (and if my parents know about my bf, they will kill me) What should I do? I really don't know what to do anymore... I just don't want to lose my bf or score bacly for my exams. Are there any solutions to solve this to attain a win-win solution? Please help me, I am really confused...

How you personally feel about porn is not an issue. I find porn to be a form of cheating, DH knows this and promised not to look at it again on-line. I went into the den this AM and porn was up on the monitor. I'm ANGRY, hurt and insulted. We've gone round and round on this issue. We've been married almost 15 years and have 2 kids. I find his lack of respect (this is the only thing I've asked of him) for me to be a deal breaker. So here's the question- do I allow him to continue with empty promises and hollow apologies or do I put my foot down and boot his butt out the door?

Met a guy from another state this past weekend. We were both on vacation and he really seemed to like me. We shared a few nice kisses, but nothing else. He gave me a rose and said I had a piece of his heart (which is BS but the rose was very sweet). Then he wrote me down his number and asked for mine. He asked if this was really my number, I told him if I didn't want him to call me I would tell him so. I was leaving the next morning and the way we said goodbye was rushed and awkward. So three days later I had him on my mind and i just bit the bullet and called. I am an adult and figured I am just gonna be the one to call. I wanted to leave on a better note and by telling him that made me feel good. He was very sweet and glad I called. He said he wants to meet me again. Then he says I'll call you in a couple MONTHS!? I was so blown away by that I just said bye and threw his number away so I will never call him back. Strange right? Whats up with that is he married? MONTHS???????

I'm hearing reports from veteran married folks, that even though a guy doesn't say so, he loves it when his wife calls him every day even though neither has anything much to say, and they love it when their wife is stuck to them like glue and is there at every turn the hubby makes. So, I get scolded everytime my hubby and I am not together. He's cool with it, but by others. Apparently I'm supposed to literally think of him as the other half of my body; and well, as u know, it's hard to live w/o half of ur body, and so u tend not to. I don't know how to shut other well wishers up. I and my mate are fans of personal space, but others make us stick together because there's time for personal space 20yrs down the line. Why should I think about 20yrs now? Am I wrong to not want to be with my man ALL the time? Is he wrong for feeling the same way? Why do others have a problem with the way we feel? Insights would be appreciated, thanks. Would not sticking to him like super glue now be grounds

Here's the deal. I've been seeing this guy for a few months, and this weekend I invited him to come down to my place to spend the weekend. He's been saying for a while that he wasn't sure if he'd be able to since he's hard at work, but there was a good chance he'd be able to. Well, today is the day that he'd be coming down if he is and he still hasn't given me a clear answer. All I'm asking is for a "yes," a "no," or a "I still don't know." All he seems to want to tell me is "I can't give a yes to anything right now." I'm not asking for a yes, I'm asking for an answer! He's leaving me in limbo as I'm wondering what the heck he's going to do, but I get the feeling that if I ask again he'll get grumpy again. I like him a bunch, but he's confusing!!! (and they say women are the confusing ones...ha!). Would you ask again and demand enough respect to at least get an answer, or just say screw it and let it go?

My buddy's wife went on vacation last week with a couple of her girls. When she got back, she told him they met a few guys on the trip and they hung out at a club. She of course told him it was just drinks and dancing and even showed him pictures of the trip including these guys. Most people would be ok with that, but his wife had an emotional affair 6 months ago with a co-worker and he still doesn't completly trust her.

Also, I guess they e-mailed each other since the trip (one of the guys), but she told him about that too. Should he be worried

I'm a young woman and those times i had sex i didn't really liked it. I didn't enjoy it and to be honest i've always faked the whole thing. I'm 28. I think most women of my age don't have this problem.

I'm not talking about approaching for sex or love, but just to make friends with. From my experience, the less attractive and overweight women are very outspoken & willing to become friends easily. The slim & good-looking women seem very reserved and keep a distance from men.

What could be the reason for this?

So I asked out this girl a while ago, like 4 weeks or so. She said yes, but a few days later told me that she didn't have time to spend with me, and wouldn't for X number of days. I asked her if she would be interested in going out with me then, and she said yes again. She went on vacation, and i couldnt reach her cause she lost her cellphone....so when she got back, the time we were supposed to start "dating", i finally got a hold of her. I asked her if she wanted to go do somthing that week and she said she didnt know....then i asked if she even likes me and she said "i dont know".... Now i dont know what to do because im afraid she may like someone else, but i really like her, and waited so long for her and we havnt even gone on one date yet. What can i do to possibly save us?
