I was married for 10 years and my ex was very repressed, there was no passion, no sexual compatibility. Now I am back on the dating arena and have a difficulty finding the balance when it comes to flirting and the appropriate timing when to become intimate. I was raised with traditional values and believe that one should wait till marriage for sex but how realistic is this idea in today's society? I find that many guys out there want something serious but lived the same situation like mine and on the other hand, guys who are just horny and looking to get laid. I am starting to wonder if it isn't me who has an issue with sex. Can I have feedback from emotionally balanced, mature, stable people out there?

We are attending a reception this Saturday. It is outdoors at a park, so I was thinking sundress, but the time is evening where I would normally wear semi-formal cocktail attire. Invitation only indicates Cocktails, Dinner, and Dancing beginning at 5. Wording is a hybrid between formal and informal, so that is no help. It's a friend of my husband, so I have no idea what their families' events are like, and hubby's eyes glaze over when I try to ask about the differences in attire. What do you think...

i've been talking to a man who's married and so am i . just friends , platonic. no advances has ever been made. he has this really cool car that i said to him some day if you have the time i'd like a quick ride in it. we had lunch together tuesday , and he said after work he'd give me a ride since i treated him to lunch.i got busy and and left work work with out telling him. yestarday i bought a ice coffee at a fast food place across from where he works , and he came in and asked what happened , but upset. i told him what happened and i was sorry.we hung out for an hour , and he wants to make tuesdays our lunch days.i enjoy his company , he's a lot of fun to be with.we connect well.i'm not sure what he wants , maybe he doesn't know. he told me yestarday he loves talking to me , and he loves our friendship.

My ex wife is telling people whom I have contact with that the divorce was caused by me being 'abusive'. for 7 7/12 years I've been with her, I never even raised my voice on her. The final 3 months after she filed the divorce, I did let out my frustrations on 2 occasions. While we were arguing(by this time, my voice did raise up and so did hers), I did throw TV remote into the fireplace bricks, twice. I never ever touched her out of anger. So, why am I looked at as 'abusive'?

Ok, so if I lived with a friend (im more or less looking at a coach), would my dad try to force his way to the courts and put me back in his home? Again, he is abusive. But by law he must pay for my high school tuition because of the divorce, or he could go to jail. The conditions that he doesn't have to pay for any tutition is if I join the military, drop out, or get married. All 3 of those things arn't gonna happen. I don't want to get lynched if I lived with my dad, both at home and in school. I don't want everyone in town to think I can't face reality. I am sick of being spit in the face by everyone and the only chance I actually feel good about myself when it comes to school is going to be taken away from me. Please I need help. I am 16 too.

Okay school just got out yesterday 6/6/07 and i went to a end of the year party that my friend invited me to. When i was there i heard about another party that another girl was hosting that i didn't get invited to. Everyone else at the party was going to this party tommorow and wanted to know why i couldn't go. So i got pissed off. So the problem is i'm having a party in four days should i invite her (be Nice) or by a total *** and not invite and invite everyone else.

I have met a wonderful, respectful, gentlemen on the internet. We havent been talking long, 2 months, but the connection is great. He is absolutely wonderful and courteous. He lives 16 hrs from me so meeting him would be difficult. He has obligations along w/me, we just cant get up and meet one another. As much as I want to meet him, is it fair to go thru w/this. Once we meet it might drive us insane for the distance between us would keep us from one another. He cant come to me if it gets serious for he has his own business and I cant go to him for I have 2 kids and dont feel its fair to up root them from family and their father. I have fallen for this guy but there is also the questions of is he who he says he is. What if we meet and it doesnt work out, which solves my dilema but what if it does? I hurt him by putting the brakes on. Would it be best for me to say good bye to him so in the long run I dont hurt him badly or drive myself crazy and mess w/our hearts. I'm just so confused
