He needs to make up his mind so you can handle what you need to do. Tell him your done playing this I love you and I dont love you sh*t. You need to plan your life with or without him and dont want to waste more time if he is going to continue to play games.

Sometimes ppl get lost in a relationship and really think they may not love the other person at times. It can be two things here. He can really be confused and lost in the relationship and not know if he really loves you or not or he can be emotionally manipulating you to hurt you. He may use it as a tool to get a reaction out of you or make you hurt. He may be hurting himself. Either way you two may really need marital counseling. I would strongly encourage it. Sometimes two ppl can't make it on their own and need an extra helping hand to get them on the right track.

You need to sit him down and calmly discuss the situation with him. Tell him that you are confused because he is saying and doing conflicting things. Then, I would hire a private investigator to watch him b/c he's probably cheating and trying to decide whether to leave you for another woman.
