no, not if you can stand him. If it were my brother we'd be at each others throats. He is added protection for you. that's a good thing in todays world

No, I have spent this summer sharing an apartment with my sister and brother-in-law. We all attend the same University and i wanted to stay in town for the summer... as long as you have ground rules that he is not your parent and cannot tell you what to do and vice verse

You have lived with your brother all your life, so why would it be weird to share an apartment? If you two get along and will each have a private space I don't see the problem.

If you get along with each other, then it's no problem. I wouldn't mind if my kids shared an apartment at college. Our kids go to three different colleges in three different states, so that would never work for us! I think it would be nice for you to have your brother so close. He could keep an eye out for you and vice versa. Good luck at school!

No, it's not weird. By the two of you living together your parents are saving money (if they are paying your bills). On the other hand, I couldn't imagine living with my brother when I was in college. We have two totally different personalities and though I am older he always acted like the older brother.

Nope, it's not weird at all. It saves money and you already know how to get a long with each other. I would way rather a brother than some total moron that drives me nuts with his/her living and partying habits!

Absolutely not! In fact, I think it would be so much easier than risking getting a roomie who might be a basketcase or more annoying than they are helpful.

And there's the additional plus of being able to blackmail each other later in life, isn't there?

No, I don't think it's weird at all if you both get along well and have the same view on things

no its not weird its an apartment its not like your sharing a bedroom. although it might make dating a little awkward if you wanna invite someone round, my big bro is a bit over protective.
