Unless you are 110% sure of your facts, keep your mouth shut. You could be mistaken in your beliefs and start a big mess when none was necessary. If he is cheating she will find out about it soon enough and she will handle it in her own way. You do not sound like you are even 50% certain of what is going on so you don't really have anything to tell her.

omg Becky...you have to tell your friend....but are you even postive that he's cheating on her? If not then don't say anything. If you are POSITIVE then...at first she might not believe you because she thinks she can trust her bf. She might also think "you're just jealous", but that's only because she kinda believes you, but she doesn't want to. It hurts her. Don't worry, if she is a good friend, she'll believe you. You have to tell her, because if you wait any longer then she WILL hate you. If she asks you why you didn't tell her earlier then just tell her the truth. I would just sit her down and tell her that last weekend when you were out you saw her boyfriend with this other girl. Let her know if you did or didn't see them do anything. Let her know that you felt it best to be honest with her and that you are supportive of whatever her choices are in the future, but that you just thought it was best for her to know you love her and only want her to know what you know. Did that all make sense? Basically, yeah I would tell her, unbiasedly though =)

if she was your true best friend you would tell her. the fact you are even trying to decide if you should tell her then that makes you in my eyes a bad friend. yeah she will be hurt, yeah maybe she wont believe you but if she does find out on her own and then finds out you knew and never told her then there goes your supposed "best friend"

If you were going out with someone who was cheating you, wouldn't you want to know? I'd like to think everyone would! It must be one of the most horrible feelings in the world to be cheated on, but to be cheated on and not know about it, that's violation!
Please please please tell her! She might get upset and get angry with you for a while, but she'll soon see that you had her best interests at heart and did the right thing!

I would get proof, like if you have a picture phone take a picture or get someone else to see them together too and then tell her, she will be more likely to beleive you. But she needs to know. Good Luck

well becky....i think u should tell even though she doesn't believe you......at least u show concern about her bf cheating on her......and if she founds out....then she will trust u more in the future....but if u don't tell her then she will think that u don't care about her.....so good luck and hope that ur bff wil believe u!!!! ^_^
