I go to Hooters regularly. Three Hooters I go to fairly often, and I've been to a few more. They hire all boob sizes, and different waist sizes too.This is also true of Hooters girls I see on pictures. And a lot don't wear tank tops, either. And then personality plays a role too. I go and read, talk (with some), look a lot, and I tip well. A lot is because of looks. Sometimes we mention/joke about it. And they love cashing in!

They may work at Hooter's but they don't work at a strip club!!! It's a very tasteless idea.

no they are all hoees. i used to date one back in college, she was a tramp and was always doing stuff like that. the only thing missing to becoming a stripper is the pole

She shouldn't, unless you have preceeded the question with cat calling, or other inappropriate comments. If she is comfortable with your behavior, she will probably have no issue with it.
