I am sick of people messing with my stuff all the time. My brothers keep deleting my computer accounts and deleting passwords and dumping homework and projects. My parents won't do anything to stop it, my dad just flips out at everyone and says he's going to take down the computer. How come no one in my family gives a damn about schoolwork and doing well? My brother graduated 2nd last in high school, and has no career ambitions, and the younger one just flunked 8th grade. I am the only one who wants to go to college and do weel and they delete and mess everything up. This is why I want to go so far away for college. I can't deal with this bull anymore. I can't have my stuff deleted, and I found disks of stored information destroyed. They don't think twice about stealing things from my room, and my younger brother thinks it is a game to hide my insulin, or slap the needle, if I am taking an injection. The bathroom door doesn't lock, so my older brother barges in on me whenever he wants

It's about a little 6 month old baby boy (Kaleb) who was shaken surverly and it caused some MAJOR damage and little man needs all the prayers he can get. He's a fighter but he still needs God! So all I can say guys is PRAY!!! No one realizes how bad this can hurt a child but this little boy is a prime example! PRAY and Continue praying.

My brother lives with my parents. He has taken over two rooms in their house, doesn't pay bills except credit card, they spend thousands on him. He's allowed to curse at me and my kids and we usually leave crying. They can't even spend the night at their grandparents. My Dad tells my kids my brother is a grownup and deserves respect. haha. What about everyone else? My mom gave my son and old soccer sweatshirt from HS. "Moochie" whined that it was his and my Dad asked for the shirt off my sons back. Is this ok? My parents tell me "25" is the new "18". Help!

My husband and I have been married for a little over two months now. We've never had a place to ourselves, and now that we are married, we don't want to have the typical "roommate" arguments with our current roommates. They are a couple, and the guy takes care of his 12 year old sister, so she lives with us as well. They've been the best roommates we've had, but don't live as clean or organized as we do. We don't enjoy inviting over our other married friends in fear that the house will be a disaster . We're tired of cleaning up after them only to have them trash the common areas when we're not home. We know how we like to live, and are getting tired of having arguments with our roommates about what temperature to set the A/C on, or which one of them took the trash out last (as though they even took the trash out to begin with...they stack it next to the trash can!). Any suggestions?

My situation is that I'm a year and a half late about being in my son's life. I've never seen him. The mother entered the army and gave guardianship to her parents(without my knowledge) when she did. Now that I'm trying to actually be a father and stop being a coward, I've got a couple of tough decisions in front of me. First, do I seek custody from the grandparents? As many of you have suggested, I believe I should talk to grandparents and work my way into the childs life slowly and letting him become familiar with me before even thinking of seeking full custody. The thing with that is, I wont be able to visit frequently seeing as how we are in two different states(Georgia, Mississippi). Im also in college so I'm on a students budget, staying with my folks to save on money. My program of study is 3 years long, so my tough choice is do I visit when i can and let him stay with the grandparents for the next 3 yrs until I start my career? or get him now and let my family help me with him?

My child's mother is always saying that since I was in the Army, that I should use the Army benifit. The one that helps you buy a house. She says it would be nice to leave my daughter a house. I say that I will leave her 25,000. I really don't want to deal with all the problems that the government is going to send me through. Is she right? Or should I stick with my plan?

We have been together for almost 5 years now, and always had problems, we recently got married, and now we are getting ready to have a baby. i dont love him. and i kinda new this before we got married but i wasnt sure, but now i am. so here i am about to buy this house with him and have OUR baby, and can barely stand the sight of him. I already love this baby so much and thats why im still with him. If we were to go our separate ways right now then i would have no way of making mine and my babies life better. i need him to help support us just long enough to get through school and get a real career, but i just dont know how i can handle that. as a soon to be mother,i feel that ive already failed my child for not being in love with her father. Please can someone give me some advice or at least tell me im not crazy, even if it is a lie.

who is always yelling at his stepchildren, for everything they do??? And if your kids hate him in return? My husband is not the father of my kids... But he is always yelling at my kids for everything they do. It is beginning to make my life misreable. I've tried talking to him, but he won't listen. Instead he just tells me that they need to be punished. He just went off on my son and his friend because the dog jumped upon the trampoline.

My daughters husband is a dreamer: goes from one job to another. He finally drove them into financial ruin by trying to operate a house gutter business. My husband & I have been buying groceries & paying some bills for them over the last year. They lost their health insurance & have 2 sons, one with diabetes & one with asthma. My son-in-law has ticked a lot of people off by not showing up for jobs & is being sued. He is not a nice person but seems to think the world owes him a living. We help our daughter & grandsons because it's not their fault but have got to the stage where we think we're enabling him by giving them money. It's gotten as far as having to co-sign for our daughters car so she can get to work.
The S-I-L has now got a restaurant job but they are still in debt & talking about bankruptcy (again).
We have an unexpected bill ourselves this month & would like to get some money back (the $500 we lent him to buy a truck when his got re-possessed would be nice).

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost two years now. We broke up once because he cheated on me. When we got back together, I told him that he had to make a choice, to sacrifice, which was we BOTH got rid of people in our lives (ex, opposite-sex friends) that caused problems between us. He chose to make this sacrifice as I did.

Then just last week, I had found out he was talking to his ex (not the one he cheated on me with). She was the seriously relationship before me, but she had cheated on him when they were dating. Top it off he's using his younger brother to hide talking to her from me too. I confronted him about it and he denied it. But later that day he wanted to know how I found out.

To me, I consider an ex an ex for a reason. She's his past and they broke up for a reason, so why does he need to see and talk to her again, especially since she two-timed him. And if he made that promise to me when we got back together, then he should keep it.

WHAT DO I DO!?!??!

I moved here from out of state to be with him. He wanted me to be here instead of there. Once I got here I found out he is still married and has a child with her. He works all the time and so the house is practically hers, so she is not leaving. But how do I make her get rid of him. She has known about me for almost a year. She is still playing "Miss Betty Homemaker" while he and I are seeing each other every day and the kids are also aware of the situation, four kids, two his and two mine. How do I get her to make him move out?

I have an interstate child support case. The other parent is $10,000 behind and behaves as a true deadbeat (ie, switching jobs, not filing taxes, working cash jobs and moving frequently) I contact my case worker often for updates but she blows me off. Each state involved punts all the responsiblity to the other state and nothing is being done to enforce payment. I have yet to see a single payment in the few years this case has been open. Not filing taxes is illegal, but nothing has been done about any of this. I need help!

I meet my current girlfreind last week at the highschool dance... I'm really scared because she might be with child now. I'm a junior in highschool and have a really good job working construction. I think i might have to leave school and make a lot of money for her and the baby. her parents really like me and said that they want me to leave school and work for my new family. I figuere i can make about $12,000 a year and buy a house in a few years. what should i do? I have about 300 dollars saved up for an emergency. that could by a pretty good ring and a depsit on a apartment. I'm so lost right know. has anyone been in my shoe? Should I ask her to marry me at the next party we go to? what is a good way to ask her?

I was engaged to my ex and we had been together for 3 years just bought a house togther, when one night he came home and ended it and told me that he no longer loved me.
Of course I was heart broken and totally shell shocked but after a week of crying I realised that this was the best thing to happen to me as I had been unhappy for quite a while.
Two weeks later he decides that he wants to come back to the house and expects me to let him come back and that we would pick up right where we left off!!!!
Since then I have moved on and I am in a happy relationship - the break up is coming up to two years ago and my ex is so bitter and angry towards me - Does anyone have any idea why he is angry with me -when he dumped my A$$????

its the old story...im friends with a guy,ive known him for about a year...there was no attraction at first other than he was fun and easy to chat to. im not sure how he feels about me.. just silly little things that are making me think......he noticed i had my haircut when no one else did, made a joke about me going on holiday and not to have a "holiday romance"... when i got home he phoned to say he missed me,then asked me if i meet anyone while i was away...we once had a 12 hour phone convo!! when he phones me sometimes he has had a drink ..is this for courage..so he can laugh off his comments and say "oh i was drunk" if i dont say i feel the same... he said he thinks there is more to our relationship than just friendship.....dont want to let my self fall for a friend cos if im wrong it will make the friendship between us awkward....

I dont's want to go to collage. I'm also about done getting my highschool eduacation. my girlfirends parents make about $40,000 dollars a year. which is a lot of money! I make about 150 a week at the warehouse, but I want to quit that job soon anyway and get a better job with the county goverment. i think they (her parents) will probably not be around so much longer because they are real sick. my girlfriend is there only kid and they have already said they will give her everything including the new cadilac. basically i love her very much and want to marry her for long time. is it ok to skip going to collage? she already has a good job at a local retail mall store. What do you guys think? i'm excited about it. we could buy a house right away. which is good because she has a baby coming soon.

What i mean she wants to be the one the give my husband all the updates on thier son.Examples are when my husband called the school to get a copy of his son's report card his ex got pissed when she found out.She told him "i allways make sure you get this stuff" True but why would she care they have joint custody? She also make it very clear i am not to call or get any info from the school/daycare ect regarding thier son.Any info my husband needs she is the only one to give it to him not me.You would think she would be happy hes such a involed dad and i care about her son.they have been divorced for over 5 yrs and we are married and happy. But she has been in and out of relationships and i think this is the only way she can "cling" to my husband as he left her.why do u guys think she is acting like this?

Is it usual for a Indian man who is 29 years old to still have his parents decide who he will marry or who he won’t marry?

Why won't he's parents let him marry the girl he wants to marry...instead forces him to marry a girl whom they chose for him or incase it is love marriage, then he only can marry a girl of his race...

Why because parents brought you into this world -they think you owe it to them to marry someone who they chose for you...I mean in the end its you whom will marry the person and have to live with that person not your parents, and sometimes even when the marriage is sour- you have to stay in that marriage just because you don't want to put disgrace on your family and don't want to have to face society- that is why sometimes arrange marriages last longer...

And this thing about mothers fearing that if their Indian son or daughter marries a non- Indian, then that generation will loose their culture forever…Don’t the parents trust their Indian sons or daughters to teach the non Indian spouses and kids the culture?

If you’re an Indian and your child decides that they will marry someone of a different race, you should be happy for them, instead of looking what nationality they are- You should be more interested to find out whether that person is good at heart or not hence and suitable match for your child, instead of just thinking because this person is not Indian by heritage…therefore there is no way that the marriage will last…

I can tell you that I know a lot of Indians who had an arrange marriages yet they are not happy, and although they want out- they hang on in their just to keep their parents happy…
There is good and bad in every culture, Indian mother’s constantly be saying to their sons “oh I will find you a goddess Indian girl, because only Indian girls make good wives” but see not every Indian wife is going to be a goddess, and not every woman who is from the west is going to cause trouble in marriage, having affairs, getting divorced etc…(as Indian parents assume).

I know Indians who marries non-Indian and the marriage last..
Same as I know Indians who marries other Indians from which their parents chose. Which didn’t last..

And to say that it will be harder for the couple because it is an interracial marriage- is just barbaric, but see sometimes its not society who makes the couple face hell but it’s the very parents who didn’t want to accept the marriage since day one.

People should be more open minded……

What are your views?
