When my boyfriend and I have sex he often gets kind of soft and really out of breath while we are doing it. So then I proceed to get on top and he just gets almost flaccid to the point where we just cant even do it anymore. Then he gets on top and starts to get hard again. Why can't he just stay hard until he cums? Why does he get even softer when I get on top? I feel like sex lately is just a race for him to *** before he gets soft and too exhausted to go on. He is only 23 and in pretty good physical shape, doesnt smoke and rarely drinks. What is going on?

My father-in-law recently fell ill and has been transported to a nursing home. Insurance will cover 100 days in the nursing home. We would like to bring him home but he needs someone to be there with him constantly, as he is unable to do much for himself. We were thinking of paying my 23 year old daughter to do this as she had a baby 8 months ago and is between jobs. Although she has not had any medical training, she is extrememly bright and I know she could handle this, plus, she loves her grandfather very much. What would be a "fair" price to pay her? We live in Ohio.

My question is unusual as this older man is friends with my father. We met at a party, not knowing who each other were and got a long so well. At first he wanted to see me again and a few text messages were exchanged. Then the next moring he sent one saying that we shouldn't see eachother again because "if anyone found out it would be damaging for both of us". Now i don't know what to do, I don't want to just give up on it because I havn't felt this way about someone I have met in so long...I just think strong genuine feelings shouldn't be ignored when they arrive in your life by chance!
(I am 19...20 next month...and he is 37, he has been married but was separated 6 years ago and he has two children, one is 6 and one is 10)

Ive recently moved into a house with a girl i worked with,ive known her over a year now and we get on great..I really fancied her but she was going out with a guy for over a year at the time so i didnt pursue anything but she knew how i felt,she said she does like me but couldnt with her bf and i totally respected that so i left it,anyway she broke up with him over a month ago saying she fell out of love with him,3 wks ago she asked me would i move in with her so i did,now where gettin on great in the house and have alot of laughs but i dont know if she wants more because she seems to hint at something every nite when were alone talking but i dont know wether or not to do anything,i wouldnt class myself as being a good looking guy,i mean her ex was a good looking guy and shes had friends over that are male and there all good looking guys to be honest so with that im thinking i wnt say anythin because she really is out of my league and im fine with that becau

i am hoping to find another part time job, but i am unsure whether or not to show my previous part time job on my cv. the reason for this is because i left through what i believe was unfair dismissal. i was asked to work a day that i do not normally work, otherwise i had to leave. i was unable to work this day, and i thought this was very unfair so i left.

because of this whole situation i do not have a good relationship with my previous employers, and therefore i am worried that if i put it on my cv then future employers will want to contact them and ask for a reference, which is not likley to be good because of the circumstances.

however, as this is was my only part time job then it is the only experience i have, which could give me more chance of getting a job. so i am not sure whether to put it on there or not.

In recent months lots of Newspaper Headlines have ranted and raved about Global Warming. What they keep yelling about is Greenhouse Gases, Carbon Dioxide, and Methane.
I would like to ask each of you if those gases heat up as fast as BLACK ASPHALT PAVEMENT? Is it possible that carbon dioxide retains heat as long as BLACK ASPHALT PAVING?

i try all sort of bedding... yet their nose still bleed..why?
i have been keeping not one but a few gerbils all these years..
everytime my gerbils die.. i bought myself another..and the same thing happen again.. i have tried sending its to a vet.. yet they can't explained to me why. they simply ask me to change their bedding and that's all.. but it just doesn't work!
i even give them a clean enviroment and change their bedding very often too.

A guy is walking along the strip in Las Vegas and a knockout looking Vegas
hooker catches his eye. He strikes up a conversation and eventually asks the
Hooker, "How much do you charge?"
Hooker replies, "It starts at $500 for a hand-job."
Guy says, "$500 dollars! For a hand-job! Holy crap. No hand-job is worth that kind of money!"
The hooker says, "Do you see that Denny's on the corner?"
"Yes."
"Do you see the Denny's about a block further down?"
"Yes."
"And beyond that, do you see that third Denny's?"
"Yes."
"Well," says the hooker, smiling invitingly, "I own those. And, I own them because I give a hand-job that's worth $500."
Guy says, "What the hell? You only live once. I'll give it a try."
They retire to a nearby motel. A short time later, the guy is sitting on the bed realizing that He just experienced the hand-job of a lifetime, worth every bit of $500. He is so amazed, he says, "I suppose a blow- job is $1,000?"
The hooker replies, "$1,500."
"I wouldn't pay that for a bl**-job!"
The hooker replies, "Step over here to the window, big boy. Do you see that casino just across the Street? I own that casino outright. And I own it because I give a b***-job that's worth every cent of $1,500."
The guy, basking in the afterglow of that terrific Hand-job, decides to put off the new car for another Year or so, and says, "Sign me up." Ten minutes later, he is sitting on the bed more amazed than before. He can scarcely believe it but He feels he truly got his money's worth. He decides to dip into the retirement savings for one glorious and unforgettable experience.
He asks the hooker, "How much for some p***y?"
The hooker says, "Come over here to the window, I want to show you
something. Do you see how the whole city of Las Vegas is laid out be fore us, all those beautiful lights, gambling palaces, and show places?"
"Damn!" the guy says, in awe, "You own the whole city?"
"No," the hooker replies, "*but I would if I had a p***y."
