This may sound rather simplistic, but it's what's worked for my 23 years of marriage and that is to learn to go your own seperate ways--together.

For me, love is not seeking one you want to live with, but finding the one you can't live without.

A rose in its being is a rose as its entire existence; nothing more could have there in place, and nothing less would have made a rose, what it is. A rose does not know what it is because it is all it is in the entirety of its being. Its way to be a rose is the only way for it to be, no comparisons, no pride in its being and also no sorrowful thoughts of its eventual withering away, and dispersion of its perfume into free and wayward airs. It is just a rose. It knows no knowledge. The only thing it knows is its own way to be. Love is like a rose; love needs no meanings explained. The one who love find no meanings, but love; love is the meaning of everything.

The Meaning of Love offers and explains a definition of love in a way that is interesting, intense, clear, logical, and meaningful. All relationships --love, infatuation, friendship, dating, marriage, family, community, and professional-- involve three key elements:

Emotions --how we feel about each other
Ethics --how good or bad we are for each other
Joys --how much we satisfy or dissatisfy each other

These determine the quality of our relationships; and The Meaning of Love explains how they interrelate, and why attraction --the normally considered most important emotional element and conventional hallmark of love-- is not sufficient to signify a relationship as one of love, no matter how strong or how enduring that attraction may be.

love may tingle at the beginning and light your heart on fire.It moves past the physical to a spiritual, meaningful place where even wrinkles and weight are still beautiful. It may even be more beautiful than the perfection of youth because it comes with the bond of enduring through life’s struggles together, hand in hand.
despite their young and innocent minds, kids already have a simple but deep grasp of that four-letter word.
When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That's love."

Love will mean something different to everybody - but there isn't 1 word that can sum up the meaning of love.

To me before you love, you have to learn and you have to accept.

Never will we know if we have achieved true love - but we can predict, debate, guess, estimate and theorise.

Love is willing the good of the other as other and not as an extension of one's ego-driven desires and needs. As such, the meaning of love is always discerned in some measure of suffering and sacrifice.

Uh... Love, the way I see it, is the power that you get when do something good or something you like... It then makes you feel beautiful about yourself and others, and it gives more creativity and strength than one can handle sometimes... and once you really feel it than you'll want it each time!
