If you have been a part of this child's life for 9yrs as her "father", paid child support and did everything a father should do then you have a legal right to still be a part of her life. If the child does not want you there then they should express this at an age they are able to. Good Luck my friend. Stay being a good dad no matter what the parents say or do. You also need to seek counsel to see what your rights are for your state.

I am so sorry are you on this childs birth certificate? I agree with others, being a father is more than DNA or money, father isnt who planted the seed, father is he who raises it. I dont think I have words, but sadly you arent the first to write this type of story seems to be happening more and more often, and there needs to be a law to protect me and hold these women accountable, Im sure this isnt your priority but seek retribution trust me Im sure she knew by looking at her child that you were not the father, so ge ta lawyer and continue to be the father that 9 yr old needs because her mother is not a decent and honest human being. Also make that man pay the child support, hes her biological father

Think about what is best for your daughter. Being a parent is something beyond DNA and child support. If the mother has accepted the child support then you have legal rights. Talk to your lawyer.

I don't understand why a DNA test wasn't done nine years ago to save you all this heartache, but be that as it may, you might still have visitation rights to the child. You need to find legal counsel to help you with this. You have been a father to the child for that long, it seems to me there should be some sort of remedy for situations such as yours. My heart goes out to you. Good luck.

So sorry this has happened but you might have a case to sue her for your child support money. I know it is not a good substitute but still you might could get your money back.
