My husband keeps on pledging his rings etc and when I ask him he says that he has pledged for helping his friends. I don't understand will it be true. He has drawn cash using Addon card nearly Rs.6,000/- and he says that one or two labours working in his office had asked for money. He himself earns very less salary when it is so why shud he go out of his way to help others like this. Can this be true. If he does again and again like this what can I do? I am at a loss to understand. Sometimes he borrows money from me when he runs out of pocket and I used to give him since he earns less his contribution for household expenses is also less. I always used to ask when u yourself don't earn much why shud you go out of your way to help others. I really dont' want to leave with him this has been going on for the past 3 yrs he never listens to me and when ever I ask he says lies to me. How can I opt for a divorce out of court. pls somebody suggest. No court pls.

My boyfriend and I work together and tonight he gave me a dozen roses after work. We both have all morning off tomorrow and he said he was tired and wanted to go home. I said okay and I left but I noticed his car was still in the parking lot. So I turned around to check on him because he sometimes has car problems. He then was like "Oh I'm just relaxing" and I was like "I thought you said you were tired" and he was like "yahh I am, let's go" so he drives off and then parks a little ways down again. I got upset and he goes "I knew you were going to come that's why I did it!" and then he did it again another time. Then he finally left for good. I've never not trusted him until now but I do know he likes to play mind games with me. What should I do and should I be concerned or no? Thanks!

My momis really pissed that im hanging out with them. I never get into any trouble when im with them though. My mom is just worried that im going to get into trouble, which I wont. I have gotten the threat of getting the boot out of the house if I dont stop hanging out with them. But I say its up to me who I want to hang around with. Also I dont fit into any other group of people. Ive tried, but I just dont seem to fit in exactly. Give me some advice?

I am 25 years old. I moved away from home at 18. I have made some bad choices that got me in some sticky situations. I have since put my life on the right track and am doing well. I got married, I am in college (my career will pay between 30 and 50$ per hour) And I am taking good care of my children and myself. But my family has continued to be negative about every decision I make. For example, when I found out it was going to take me an extra two years to finish school, they insisted I quit and just "get a job" like a normal person! They think I am spending too much time in school. But it doesn't end there!!! How can i get them to be more positive towards me and my siblings?

When I was little my dad asked who killed the peacock. I said it was my fault. It was Easter Sunday, so I thought it would be fun to color the eggs in the hen house. I colored them with band of bright green, orange, blue, the works. Well when the roster enter the hen house and saw the eggs, he flew right out and killed the peacock.

As an 18 year old college student with a part time job that pays $10.34 an hour, should I give my friend $50 dollars as a wedding gift? I heard that it was $48 a seat, and that his goal was just to break it even. After buying a ps3 for myself, I really need to save up. But as a friend I can't be a cheap scake, especially at this significant and memorable time, so what should I do? Get him back later at my wedding ceremony?

I have an out of state friend that has come to visit me twice now. (a 4-5 hour drive away) and I love her dearly.. well, memorial weekend my family is driving through where she lives and she wants me to get dropped off & come visit. I don't want to for so many reasons but i don't know how to tell her.
reasons:
1. I am terrified of being away from home and being in unfamiliar situations. I know this is something I need to break, but I get a sick feeling everytime I think about it. absolutely terrified
2. I NEVER get the house to myself and I was SO looking forward to everyone being gone and having some alone me time.
those are the 2 main reasons. i feel like a horrible friend and she is very overdramatic and will probably say some pretty harsh things about me if i dont come. she's like that. she made a comment that a girl she used to be friends with never came to see her, she always had to go see her hinting to me. i dont know how to tell her w/o hurting her feelings..

I come from an adopted family. Basically since I was old enough to understand, my mother told me she adopted me. And I seemed to be at peace with that. Never questioned it. But along with me, she adopted many other kids. She only had one biological son, who's in his 30s now (I'm 20 years old).

Many people have asked me if I ever tried finding out who my true parents are. I've never tried in truth, because I always felt that if I did, I'd be stabbing my mother in the back or something. She cared enough for me to take me when my birth parents gave me up for whatever reasons. And she also took in all my siblings too. I have over 15 siblings, some not living at home anymore. She's one of those humanitarian types. I never wondered if they tried finding their roots, but their roots had found some of them. I'm still in the dark.

So I'm asking this: is it right for me to try and find my birthparents, or would I be betraying my mother (never had a father) like I think I would be?

On the surface, I know I've accomplished a lot. I'm 24 now, I was in the army during which time I served a deployment. I saved my money from the Army and invested it, so I could pay off my college debts. Last week I just got a BA degree with honors from a good university, and I've been accepted to grad school in the fall, so my future looks bright.

However, a lot of my friends (girls and guys) are getting married and/or starting families. I don't even have a girlfriend, and haven't had one for months. To me, this seems like such a huge failure that overshadows everything else. Sometimes I think I would trade everything if I just had one. It usually doesn't bother me, but sometimes (like tonight) when I go to bed alone, I feel like such a loser. Is this normal?

He talks $hit behind my back a lot. He's such an @$$ sometimes. He told me,"You have such a sexy body" then told his friend,"Im not telling her the truth, I'm telling her what she wants to hear." Then, he finds out his friend Mat likes me, and he says,"Well Mats a boring loser." And he talks about his friends behind their backs too. Should I just kick him to the curb?

i have 5 bridesmaids.. but my husband-to-be has 3 groomsmen.. I am going to get all my bridesmaids to walk down the isle but then have two bridesmaids sit down (in front row), so i have only my moh and sisters standing next to me for the ceremony.. At the reception because the place i have chosen (river cruiser) will only fit three bridesmaids with us and the groomsmen, these girls will have their own table with their boyfriends right next to mine, they will still be walking down the isle, will be in the bridal party photos, will do speeches etc.. just not actually standing next to me or sitting with me for the reception
Do you think the girls will be offended with this?

I know men want to just get down to business for the most part--and I'm all up for this. But every once in a while a person needs to feel that there's more to sex then just "sex" (if you're in love). Please give some advice that could work...I've tried talking, but I guess what I've said hasn't gotten through. What can I say? We've been together for almost 2 years and he wants to spend the rest of his life with me....I love him but am afraid eventually I'll need more. HELP!!
