Greg is a great guy because : he has 30 some odd years of experience, he knows what's like to be a stay at home mom, and ALWAYS goes in a grid like pattern when looking for rental properties (I mean ALWAYS).

Would be your perception of him that would make him seem so great, besides its your values, morals, and ideals that determines weather you like him or not, not mine.....
