I've always been told i'm good bet i'm not that sure. I mostly just stick to the in and out motion. Any tips on how to make it amazing?

While the in and out motion is nice. You need to make sure you don't forget about the boys below. They need some attention as well. You can always use your hand on the shaft while your mouth is on the boys. Fast is not always the way to go. Pay close attention to the head. Work your hand in as well. Keep your mouth towards the top and your hand on the shaft. Move up and down in one motion. You will get to the warm creamy center in a matter of moments.

Try stroking with your hand in the same direction your mouth is moving. Kinda like milking it with your mouth & hand, and at alternating speeds. You could also try jerking it while letting it hit or rest on your tongue.
If your guy doesn't mind, place your hand on his sack and gently hold it, maybe put a little pressure underneath (inbetween his sack & his butt).

If you're told you're good, then you probably are. It's not that hard to please a man. Just try different things to surprise him with different sensations to get him to orgasm, but otherwise an orgasm is an orgasm.
