My husband has not spoken to or seen his father in ten or more years. We got married a year ago and my husband still thought he should send his dad an invitation so he did. (his sister and his dad still talk every once in a while) Instead of coming to the wedding we got back another letter that said he was getting married as well and pretty much just said a bunch of crap as though he did nothing wrong in never seeing his son. He asked for us to send him some pictures and he included his phone number. My husband has never responded. He says if his dad wants to talk to him then he needs to call him since he's the father. I want to write his dad and tell him how horrible he has been in not contacting his son and how bad my husband feels every time the conversation comes up about his dad. Would it be ok to write his dad and not tell him? or should i write him and tell him? i've tried to ask him before if i could write him but he said i should have nothing to say to him, what do i do

my dad always makes me feel guilty of how much money i have and dont have...calls me "cheap" when i dont spend my money...then calls me "rich"...and i dont even have that much money...i dont know what his problem...hes always fighting with me about money

Heyyy there! i am ALMOST 18 & just got back from my doctors for a basic physical. My weight was a low 227+ My waist was but a 48 inches, chest 44, i am 5'10. AND have a BP of 142/101 & my body fat % is 31+

It was about a YEAR or so ago when i decided that i wanted to GAIN weight not LOSE it! At the time i was around 161 lbs. & was quite thin. So i decided to "pack on the pounds" per say...

Now a year, plenty of pounds, inches & marks later. i am changing that. Until now, i have not tried to gain OR lose any weight.

NOW i wear a snug 38 jeans. i have a fair share of "sexy" stretchy marks on my love handles/hips & quite a few on my inner thighs too! i also struggle to come to terms w/ the fact i cant do ONE situp! If i try i feel like im DYING!

Now i'm eating very little 'TIL 5 PM! Then i typically have an decent dinner & NICE desert. At 10 i'll have a BIG pizza or 2 burgers 2 liter of DEW & top it off a BINGE of random sweets!

You see... It IS possible to be a lil fat & happy! ;-)

There is this really cute girl that lives downstairs from me. I see her when i get in from work when she is goin to work. We have spoke to one another twice. Somedays when she gets in from work she leaves as im coming in when she is done work. Does that mean she has a bf? I have never seen her with or brought a guy around this apt. Is she single? How can i find out.. What should i do to get her attention or to get to know her more to ask her out? Thanks I honestly think that she is the most attractive and beautiful girl that i have ever met, which is why I would love to get to know her better. What is the best way to go about this?

I am not one to go to these "girly-type" things because I have almost no interest in watching someone open lingerie and crock pots while everyone else "ooh"s and "ahh"s (and neither do my 3 children that I would have to bring with me), but my husband's male cousin is getting married next month (my husband is in the wedding) and I recently received an invitation to the bridal shower. The cousin was one of my husband's best friends until about 5yrs ago (nothing terrible happened, they both just grew up got full time jobs and became responsible). I have only been in the same room with the bride-to-be 3 times and only spoken to her enough to say, "Hi".
I really don't want to go (even though I know I will get flac from the aunt about it) but should I anyway?

Im 17 and have only kissed like 3 times. Somebody told me that I kiss to fast and looked like I was sucking the persons face! Every since then I have been very insecure when it comes to kissing. I travel with a groups of friends about every summer (who I also went to college with). Two of them are getting married, one sent me an invite to their wedding and the other didn't. One of the couples got engaged during our vacation, so I bought them a gift on vacation and had planned on giving it to them at their wedding, but I didnt get an invite. The other couple who is getting married I did get an invite to, but I can't go due to a prior obligation. Usually I would have no qualms about getting them a gift, but they owe me $200 from last years vacation still. Do I get this second couple a gift?

I've been divorced for six years. My ex husband was furious that I left him. I had many items left at his place, and years ago, because he wanted to argue, I told him that I would not argue with him over anything, but if a time ever came he wanted me to come get these things, to please let me know. Sunday I found two random items on the hood of my car in a bag with a note "do not call me"...(as if I would!) A couple of years ago he had left a box at my front door, with the same note. What's odd is that he seems to be returning a few things at a time, every couple of years. I have to be honest, I'm afraid of him. He is not physically abusive, but apparently after all these years, still pretty pissed. I simply ignore him. Any ideas as to why he's doing this?

My friend is a mother of two and he children's Father wants custody of the children (who is the idiot).

He has a free lawyer and she has none because she lives with her parents, so it'll cost 2 grand upfront for her.

The true question is, how can she defend herself in court and keep custody of the two children?

Anyway, this is my question- I like this girl in my grade ALOT . Somehow, she found out i liked her (not important how). I am usually not shy, but we hardly ever talked, and now that she knows i like her we haven't talked at all (accept for one time when her friends sorta forced her to go up to me and say hi and she was laughing and embarrased). I find it akward to even pass her in the halls. I am 100 % positive i like her ALOT i think i might have a chance. HELP ME! There is a dance this friday, (We are not allowed to bring dates to it, but we can dance haha) and there are only 9 days of school left. Advice?? Is there any chance she likes me?. btw we are both 14 and in the 8th grade. Any advice would be great. I have a 9 year old daughter, and I just asked a question regarding her father. He has been in prison for 5 years, and my daughter has never met him. As soon as I found out I was pregnant when I was 17, I moved away. The answerers advised that I let my daughter see her dad in prison. Now, the problem is...he doesn't actually know that he has a daughter. How can I tell him?

no matter what i do my mom only focuses on the bad.
i have a 3.78 grade point, am in a band, take night classes, am in 11th grade(finish in 1 month), take care of the house cleaning etc. I'm learning how to drive this summer, (everyday i still have to be picked up by her)and when she asks how my day was(i'm really bad at being secretive)i tell her stuff like
"we had a festival at school"
"WHY DIDN'T YOU PERFORM IN IT!?" or
"i petted a baby skunk"
"oh...that's cool...you got a c on this quiz! study more!!"
when i tell her how i feel, she pulls my words out of context and makes it seem as if I was the one degrading her! she can be really encouraging and nice, but she flips over every little thing/constantly upset me
many days i end on a good note, she turns sour
ive already lived abroad on scholarships, am a great artist, guitarist, cook, etc.
i can't be perfect! how can i show her that i'm not a bad kid and show her that i can't do every little thing!

I Have been intimate with a woman on three seperate occasions, I have taken her from xxx a to z and back again because I enjoy our times spent together, I have other responsibilities and they do not afford me the time nor the emotional energy to invest full time into a relationship.

I have explained this time and time over, and each time she understands til we xxx again. I am not confused ladies the lovin' is great and the no strings attached part was the best, I say was because It already seems as if she's broken the agreemet.
We entered this knowing all that I have expressed as regards the arrangement.
Yet now I am thinking its time to move on. But I seriously don't want to leave any emotional discomfort behind.

I have a 19 year old son that lives with me that has major anger and aggression problems. He lived with his father who is an alcoholic for a long time. We are divorced. Everyone keeps telling me to kick this kid out. He has a job but no car.. and no way to get to work but me. He is verbally abusive to me . Im at the END of my rope. My kids have gotten me kicked out of my home because of their behavior. This kid has no where to go. I feel responsible. But yet IM angry too. Im afraid if I kick him out he will commit suicide. I cant call the cops when he is aggressive as that is what got me kicked out of my home . The neighbors were upset with all the police calls. I work hard.. Im studying for a real estate license. Im in the process of selling this house and just got laid off. IM readyto crack. Any suggestions?

My "friend" ali and i are having SERIOUS issues. I did something that i shouldn't have because it was really funny but it really hurt her feelings and that was about a week ago. Here it is a week later and we havent talked since then.
