Heyyy there! i am ALMOST 18 & just got back from my doctors for a basic physical. My weight was a low 227+ My waist was but a 48 inches, chest 44, i am 5'10. AND have a BP of 142/101 & my body fat % is 31+

It was about a YEAR or so ago when i decided that i wanted to GAIN weight not LOSE it! At the time i was around 161 lbs. & was quite thin. So i decided to "pack on the pounds" per say...

Now a year, plenty of pounds, inches & marks later. i am changing that. Until now, i have not tried to gain OR lose any weight.

NOW i wear a snug 38 jeans. i have a fair share of "sexy" stretchy marks on my love handles/hips & quite a few on my inner thighs too! i also struggle to come to terms w/ the fact i cant do ONE situp! If i try i feel like im DYING!

Now i'm eating very little 'TIL 5 PM! Then i typically have an decent dinner & NICE desert. At 10 i'll have a BIG pizza or 2 burgers 2 liter of DEW & top it off a BINGE of random sweets!

You see... It IS possible to be a lil fat & happy! ;-)

that is possible to be satisfied in spite of the undeniable fact that it seems such as you're ruining your wellbeing. It seems such as you ought to make a ingredient yet you ought to not do it on the rate of your wellbeing. that is huge which you're pleased with the style you seem yet do you think of something is inflicting your ought to try this? i think of you ought to talk over with somebody to discover the muse of what's inflicting you to have this habit. Like I stated, solid for you and your self belief yet what's the value to your physique in the long-term?

That's funny...

When I was going to University, there was a woman I would see everyday on my way to class, and every day I would say, "Hello, how are you?"

Everyday the same response, "I'm fat and happy"

So, for her, and obviously you, yes, you can be fat and happy, she was proud of it, she didn't let it hold her back, in fact I admired her honesty...

it doesn't sound like ur happy all that much.... it sounds like ur missing something in your life... or you've lost something and you feel empty inside.... an emptyness you attempt to fill with food, which doesn't work out all that well. I hope one day you find what you are searching for.... but it doesn't seem like you've found it yet.

I'm thinking you may be trying to prove something, but in the long run your health is what will be in jeopardy.

=D That's good that you're happy.
Because if you're not happy at yourself, you react with all these negative things about you...and say you were in school, then your academics might get lower, and you may not be able to focus more.

well yea, you can be happy.
but not healthy.
it's not smart to stop exercising and eat a lot of junk food just because you WANT to be fat.
