a former friend/boss, who is now next door at a sister hotel has, it has come to my attention (through sources i trust) been badmouthing me. she has been doing this to people who aren't her friends, but employees, and because it has spread over here (both places communicate regularly, are jointly owned and are small, so impressions made can be damaging), and because of her status and how she is spreading negative info, and the fact that no personal relationship has existed for several weeks, i'm thinking it's a work problem. it's definitely souring me on a job that has already caused me to begin to look elsewhere to the point where i might jump at anything, rather than being selective about it. i also don't want to be ridiculous about this though...if it falls into the personal area, than i might have to just live with it. i've already deduced that the direct approach with this person would be ineffective....advice please??

My husband's sister wants to see him alone and get to spend time with him 'to build their relationship.' She is a manipulative person who likes causing divisions in the family. I am wondering why she wants to do this and is it normal for say a sister to want to spend time alone with her brother when they both are married to their prospective partners and it would probably be more fitting if they all met together (i.e. husband and wives together - me and my husband both seeing her or her and her husband)?

I meet someone and I think I love her. But I asked her friends about her exes, and found out that physically that I am not her type. She likes chubby guy, and I am not. When I asked her, am I her type or not, she just didn’t answer me and try to avoid that topic. But she often asks me to go out with some friends for dinner, and want me to drop her home. During the ‘date’ she always walks or sits beside me.

What do you think? Does she love me even that I am not her type? What should I do now?

but she is currently separated and about to be divorced. it is a sure thing but just has not happed yet. i have been pretty good friends with her for about seven years even before she met the guy she is married to. i didnt really try to make it happen but it just did. she was telling me stuff like how she has wanted to be in a relationship with me for like 5 years but she didnt think i wanted it to be like that and didnt want to make the friendship weird or anything. it just so happens that i have kinda felt the same way. i still want to be with her and everything but she is still married so i dont want to have sex or anything anymore until the divorce is competely over with. i also still want to be there for her as a good friend and help her out however i can but i dont want any sexual relationship until shes divorced. i gotta pick her up this friday from work and i dont know how to tell her this without her getting mad and thinking i just used her for a one time thing.

noone understands my mom just keeps telling me to stop crying its like everyone is gettin tired of hearing me cry, but what they dont see is that the more they push me away the more lonely i feel and that makes me wanna kill myself i need a friend sumone to talk to cus seriously this guy really has ruined me internally all i think about is him things that were fun to me arent anymore i need help or sumthing but it seems nothing works please sumone tell me what i should do its hurting more and more as the minutes pass this isnt me im usually happy but lately all i think are bad thoughts i dont wanna do this aanymore

Does he feel like he should be the only on flirting with me?

He and I aren't dating, but I really like him!!!

AND I wasn't flirting with the other guy!!! Just talking about a mutual friend.

PLUS, I don't know he really likes me...He won't SAY it!

I asked one of my guy buds what he thought about it. He said
evidently the guy thought he had an understanding with me that I would be his. I'd be glad to be his, but he never said anything except this part I told you about.

I forgot to tell you that I told him "No, Baby, I love you!"
Then he said "I love you ,too!" super sweetly.


I guess I am asking you this because I doubt that anyone could MEAN IT when they say that stuff to me...much less it be the guy I really do like. He won't really come forth and say anything like "Be my girlfriend" or whatever guys say to let a girl know he wants to be a couple.

The funny thing is I have a little bit of confidence, but there are some things about myself, that make me feel that guys don't even notice me. And I know its a typical question, but what do you think?

I am about 120, 5'4. I have a little bit of acne on my cheeks, but I cover it with bare minerals and I accentuate my green eyes with lite eye make up. And I have curly hair. My stomache isn't completely toned, but i think that besides my acne I mite have a pretty face.

my confidence is down, any tips on getting it up? how to look at yourself in the mirror and be happy?

ok so i recently evaluated my life and this is how it is: I have no more girlfriend and am heartbroken but have messed around with other girls. I am not satisfied everyone of those girls i messed around with i have no future with. Last year i got jumped by this gang and the people that jumped me live 2 blocks from my house so everytime im in my own neighborhood its dangerous. my neighborhood has a lot of gang problems. I am doing good in school. The only thing i have to look forward to is getting my license in 4 months. I am really bad without a girlfriend but can only find girls to mess around with. I dont do much on the weekends because i dont have my license yet. everyday i think about how unsatisfied i am with my life. Maybe i should move and start fresh? Maybe i should try finding a good girlfriend? Maybe i should wait until i get a license and see if my better social life makes me happy? what should i do to be happy?

Oh he will go anywhere with me but he never invites me out for dinner and I know he is really poor but he doesnt want to spend any money on me.It irks me.When we first met he was going through a really hard time so I just paid my own way.He did offer and I turned him down at the time because I didnt know him and I thought maybe He thought I would sleep with him if he got me drunk so I declined.Now I wish Id never opened my mouth.Now I want him to actually take me out for dinner.It can be cheap !Im not picky!How do I fix this?

I've been seeing a guy for seven months. During that time he has continually lied to me, but convinced me each time that I'm over-reacting when I confront him & that I am being too sensitive (and he denies everything). I know he's lying to me, but I let him talk me around. I'm so paranoid, checking up on him all the time (and usually confirming my suspicions).

But I'm still with him. I just can't seem to let him go, I feel really weak because I care about him & don't want to not have him in my life. But I also feel so broken down. I'm not happy at all, but I can't imagine him not being in my life.

Has anyone had something similar? how did you deal with this? Please don't answer with, 'leave him', because I already know I should! I just want some advice really.. thanks :)

I was talking to some people about what I would like at my wedding , So I came up with the idea of having Hundreds of White Butterflies released when we exit the church , instead of releasing Doves.

Has anyone ever heard of that being done?

If so was it a beautiful sight and was it Expensive?

Or am I just letting my obsession of Butterflies get the best of me ?

I really need some advice. My husband just basicaly told me that I disgust him. We have been married for a year now. I work my tail off to make him happy. I do not have a job but am looking for one and I go to school. I cook and clean for him and I do everything in my power to make him happy. He told me tonight that he does not know if he love me anymore and if I want to keep him I need to lose weight and get a job. I love him so much, but I have no idea where this anger is coming from. i dont mind lending her some cash (she used to helped me too when i was in need years ago.. ) coz i want to believe that she really need the money .. but her asking of money from me has been going on almost every month .. and the amount shes borrowing is in thousands.. i can spare few hundred dollars...
the thing is that
- she comes from a good family with a reputable family business..
- she has a high paying job pretty sure shes earning more than me
- i mean u can't go totally broke every month
- she still goes on shopping spree!!!

i too need money to for my other commitments

i dont want to break her heart if i were to be brutally honest with her . ..

My wife has quit her job, she stays home, I beg her to have children, one child, and she says no. I mean she doesn't do anything for me, I provide the economic stability, I just want kids. I am dating a guy, and it's between friends and gf/bf, you know, in ambigous place. We are having good time dating, He sounds very happy and willing to talk when I call, but he doesn't call me much. we talk longer and longer each time.

Since no one is making the move, is it ok for me to call him sometime once in a while? I noticed maybe he is dumb, doens't know what to talk over phone. Could someone give me som advice how to lead him and break the ice????

I'm 33 and I'm not comfortable with the attention. How come I'm meeting guys whom wants to get physical with me ? I'm always in knee length skirt, and long sleeve top, I'm curvy but there isn't much I can do about hiding it. I'm tired of it. I hold conversation well, and can usually talk about any topics but why I kept on getting the wrong attention ? I'm thinking of cutting my hair short. Guys also seem to like my mouth, damn it ...
