If ur in love with ur lover and think that he's the one then u should go for him. On the other hand, if u know that ur best friend loves u too but was too late, then u should think really, really hard and see which guy treats u good and has a good family and how compatible u r with them and who do u know more about their life than the other person. Ask urself a question, who makes u laugh, who loves, cares, understands, etc. more. Good luck, i hope u choose the right person!

well anyhow u r in deep problem dear.
I think if u hv to choose (even though i dont know how difficult it will be) then choose your lover.
Reason: Lover is best as u hv said, he must be a good friend too if not best. You hv to spend your life with him rather than ur bestfriend. As both are best but Lover can be your friend but your friend cant be ur lover. Choose Lover.
I think i make sense. But will wish tht u hv both

The lover, because of the committement, and because u are united with the lover, a (body) part of the lover, or the lover is a part of u. The need is urgent and deep.
The best friend is needed, especially when things go wrong.

I would say that if I was planning on spending my life with the guy, I would pick him because a Friend would get over it and if it didn't work out, the friend would take me back, because best friends move to the side in a relationship bf/gf or hubby wife anyway. But they'll always have your back when you need then, cause best friends are ...best friends.
Been there, I missed my friend till I came back to my senses!!! I know this probably didn't help, but good luck there!

Love is friendship at its best. You can't love someone who cannot be your best friend. If in case you land up in a situation where you have to choose one, ask yourself a few questions:
1> Which one of them can sacrifice for you too?
2> Who has more humane attitude?
3> Who is the one who is always there for you?
4> Why do I need to make a choice?

This would really be a tough choice. If you can make your best friend your lover or your lover to be your best friend that would solve the problem.
