i just got out of a bad relationship and theres this girl that told me she really liked me since we have known each other bout 5 years we have known each other we have been seeing each other she leans against me and always talks about she is gonna treat me better than my last gf the only thing is that i am confused she has a bf i dont like him at all hes on probation and is a major pot head should i make a move on her , tell her how i really feel about her or just wait and see how her and her bf do me and her really liike each other alot what do i do

YES! do tell her how you feel...!
Tel her that you are interested in her and in getting to know her better and you would like to know if she feels the same way. In that way you both will have clarity where you stand with eachother.
But PLEASE! Just remember that if you to should have mutual feeling for each other, DO NOT let that be the reason for her to end up cheatin on her curent boyfriend.
CHEATING IS NEVER NICE!
Rather tell her that she should break it off with him, that you will not stand to be second, that you will treat her better than he does does and for that you deserve to be the only one in her life.
Having made your point clear dont put excessive presure on her to leave him.
If she cares about you and would realy rather want to be with you, she will do it without hesitation, else you just have a clearer indication of were you stand with her... (",)

These situations can really suck sometimes because she is sending several messages here.
She's going to treat you better than your last girlfriend? She may be serious or maybe not. Sometimes girls throw out lines like that just to play around and sometimes they do it to see how you react. This boyfriend of hers might be good to have around, but she doesn't feel the same way for him as she does you and she's trying to see if you will "step up" and say how you feel for her.
If you like pop music, Billy Joel had a song out years ago called "Tell Her About It" and it says a lot to how guys screw up relationships because they assume a girl knows how they feel but she hasn't heard it from them so they move on.
DO YOU LIKE HER? TELL HER! Don't try to get to a specific point in the relationship, just tell her how you feel, see how she takes it, and move forward.
There is one concern I have for you, you said you "just got out of a bad relationship". Be careful and make sure you like her for her and not just because she is there now and you don't have anybody else, so "she's the one". Some call it "rebounding", I call it the "lifesaver" stage. You were down, drowning in your sorrows; then she came along, pulled you out of the water (so to speak), and saved you. She's a "lifesaver" and most relationships can not be built on lifesaver mentalities.
Tell her, my friend, and even if it doesn't go how you think; she'll still know you're there for her. Take care.

Be positive. How you had a bad relationship, in the same way she might have been in the bad relationship. Do you know whats going on in between them. Why she had told you about this. Definetly the things are not going right over there too. She knows you and she is confident that you too like her that why she had kept herself infront of you. If you really like her then i think you should move ahead and catch her hand. She needs you and you need her. Pyaar aur Jung mein sab kuch jayaz hai !!. You have the right to live happy. THe honorable thing to do is wait until she breaks up with him because if she can leave him for you then she can leave you for another one, too. Also, if he is a criminal pot head then he might come after you. Don't confuse her or start something on the wrong foot. Let her break up but be her friend and when she is free then you can make your move.

it's not fair to do that to her while she is in a relationship. if this guy is really as bad as you think i'm sure eventually she will wise u and leave him but the worst thing she could do is leave him for you and things don't work out between the two of you then she may resent you.
