i will be 17 in a few months...ive been drivin for almost 4 yrs now....i always fear of gettin caught...i want 2 kno wat all wud i need 2 get a driving license...pllzzzz help me outt

ok here we go driving home from work tonight i got done for driving on a vic licence and living in Queensland ..its said that i have lived here for 3 months or more but i only come up as i got a full time job and have 3 months trail if it dont work out i`ll go back to victoria .. also they tell me my licence was stopped 4 days ago due to a unpaid fine and my rego not in right state .. well once again i havent been here for 3 months also he book me for beening on interstate but wrote Queensland licence in state iss of licence anything that can be done how could you or would u try to fight this

he was driving through convience store parking lot when the other vechile pulled out from the gas pumps and tbone the passenger side mashing the passengers finger when the sideview mirror broke. the passenger yelled at the gentlemen sayin hey didnt you see us he said no i am so sorry i did not see you.they called police did not make a report because of public property looked at my husbands insurance info and gentlemens info and gave them each a st-2 form to fill out police officer left .my husband new the gentlemen through goat sales and he begged my husband not to file it on his insurance he would pay for damages. so he did not give him insurance info. told him to get estimates got estimates 1700.00 woth of damages.so we had him sign agreement to pay. he would get back with us in 3 days he never called . we called him he said he was not going to pay .we told him give insurance info he refuses what can we do?

and asked if they do handbooks and the chap said that sometimes yes we do but we have to destroy them is that right ? i just want this clearing up because he said some people put ''Personal details'' in i.e. vin numbers, chassis numbers, etc but what i say is just rip the ******* page out with details on dont ******* destroy the book anyone oh and then he says its the insurance company they tell them to destroy the handbooks what i say is its bastard creul

What happens when the victim of a car collision files a suit against the person in fault? If both has full insurance, does money come out the person in fault's pocket or the guy's insurance company?

I'm 22 and just received my 1st ticket today in 6 years of driving. I made an illegal turn, I turned left instead of the traditional right. I've never had a ticket before and especially one for such a minor infraction of the law. Will this affect my insurance rate?

Long story short. I bought a car to get me until graduation. Its a piece of junk, but thats another story, I procrastnated and just got a ticket for expired registration and inspection. Got the inspection done, so I got that wiped off. They said I could get my regisration wiped off once I got that.

Here be the problem. When I bought it I did not go get the title put in my name. Foolish I know, but I didnt have the money to pay the taxes, so I waited for my school loan to come in. Finally got it, and I'm ready to get it register and title switched to my name. Whoops, I lost the title and the register paper. I still have the receipt, and the title transfer papers, but they said I would need to get the title put in my name before I could regsiter.So while I'm in the midst of doing that, can I be arrested for expired registration? I have insurance in my name, and the receipt of purchased, but I am afraid I could be arrested. Campus cops have already threatened, but can they or local PD?

Yesterday was my 21st birthday, but it was a Thursday so I was waiting for the weekend to go out and drink and do whatever. I lost my drivers license this morning, and I have no idea where it is. Is it still possible to get into bars and clubs w/o it? The DMV is closed until Tuesday. How can I get into bars w/o all the hassle?

I had been at work for the past 12 hours, went out to my van, and someone had sideswiped it very badly. The driver who did this left no note, did not tell security what happened, basically hit it and ran. I went to the security desk to see if they had captured it on camera, and of course, the camera could not read the license plate of the other car because of the camera angle, and it is not in color, so we have no leads on whose SUV it was. There are atleast 100 other people who work here who own this model of SUV. The security officer suggested I contact my insurance to get it fixed, but unless I am mistaken, I was parked on a private lot on private property. Isn't the property owner responsible for the well being of every car in the lot?

I'm a army wife and we're living in KY right now. I'm Originally from Alaska and I want to get my drivers license down here but I don't know if I will give up my residency if i do that. If my residency is gone I will no longer get my dividend which is money that the state gives you each year, usually over a thousand dollars. I'm unsure what to do...HELP?

I was in a car accident. rear-ended. The ladies insurance paid me to get my car fixed. I have been having treatments from a chyropractor and they say they will pay the mewcical bills. however I am still hurting, my neck and back are giving me a lot of trouble.
