What happens when the victim of a car collision files a suit against the person in fault? If both has full insurance, does money come out the person in fault's pocket or the guy's insurance company?

Thanks :P

IF THE PERSON AT FAULT HAS ENOUGH TO COVER THE INJURIES OR DAMAGES THEN HIS INSURANCE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.

IF THE PERSON AT FAULT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO COVER THE INJURIES OR DAMAGES THEN THIS COULD BE A CIVIL MATTER WHERE A LIEN ON THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY OR GARNISHMENT OF WAGES WOULD PLAY A PART.

What makes you think you will get ANY money? You need to understand that insurance companies aren't afraid of lawsuits or lawyers and will fight like tigers in court -- sometimes for years, so think long and hard before you jump onto a lawsuit where only the lawyers ever win.

The insurance company pays, even if its customer is at fault - that's the purpose of insurance
