Report it to insurance, he is obviously reneging. The problem is, most parking lot accidents are judged 50-50. Keep a copy of the agreement to pay, and give the other to the insurance company. They will take that into account and sue him/his insurance for the money they pay for your damages. With that much damage, there should have been a police report done, private property or not.

Both party's were at fault just for being on a public parking lot. This is what you pay full coverage insurance for. File with your insurance company and they will go after the other party and they may sometime in the future refund your deductible you paid to get the car repaired. Or get two big guys that block out the sun Smasher and Socko to pay the guy a visit> Just Kidding. Always get insurance information then find out the coverage has lapsed your uninsured motorist kicks in then.

1. The policeman is a witness. call them. 2. it's on camera. 3. now u know to never believe anyone, in any situation as this! The dude has to pay. 4. This is why you have insurance, it's kind of like a hit and run. Call your insurance. Also have the store employee's keep an eye out for this dude. Write down a license plate # too track him. good luck!

VERY SIMPLE, JUST CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND GIVE THEM ALL THE INFORMATION AND LET THEM HANDLE IT FOR YOU.

BEFORE I GOT TO THE END OF YOUR STORY I KNEW WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, IT NEVER AMAZES ME.

GOOD LUCK.
