will it hurt my baby if i got in a fender bender?

The other driver drove off but I saw him do it & told the police who confirmed bus company, as a rule have fully comprehensive insurance so but Im concerned that if I make a claim it'll affect my no-claims bonus (6 years protected, but protection only covers for upto 2 claims in 2 years & its less than 2 years since I made claim) & will I have to pay the excess or will it all be re-claimed from the bus company & not affect my no claims bonus.

PLEASE HELP

Early this morning someone backed into my car and did damage to the door and to the fender... I have (what I presume is full coverage, because I am still paying the car off), insurance, I don't know if they do, so I don't know what to do. What should I do?

It is bad enough having insurance when your a teen male, but when you have a sports car with a V8 in it...well it gets a whole lot worse. I just bought my dream car (a pontiac trans am) and now I would like insurance so I can drive it....the car cleared out my savings(im a senior in high school so I didnt have a whole lot to begin with). I heard viking insurance is good , but IDK. I want to have decent coverage, but also not have my whole paycheck go to them either. anybody have any tips or know of any good insurance companies.
ps and no i dont want to sell my car and buy some Civic lol

I am not acepting the amount from a total loss for my vehicle and have been told by Geico that they are regulated by the state. so what agency is that and how do I contct them. Geico has been very uncooperative and down right unfair. The adjuster gives us one number and then the senior adjustor gives us another and when they are told about it they play dumb. and do not know why the other has done that.
Our vehicle has a resale value of 5500.00 and Geico is saying they will only give us 1800.00

How come, there are so many people driving around with cell phones in their ear, but in this section, people never seem to call the police or their ins co in the event of an accident?
Don't cell phones work if you want to call the police or your ins co?

I was driving down the street when a car that was leaving a shopping center just zipped right out in front of me and I "T-boned" her car. She said that she wasn't even looking, that she was looking the other way. But her insurance company has deemed the accident 100% my fault according to witness testimony (the friend of the girl whose car I hit), and they refuse to pay for damages!

The city is widening this road and adding a streetlight. One of the dumps trucks leaving the worksite was in front of me and a rock came off and cracked my windshield.

Do you call the city and tell them (will they pay to get it fixed), or do you call your auto insurance and place a claim??

My wife totalled her car. Really just the front end but Geico declared it totalled. She is totally fine and so is the person whos car she hit. We paid $700 for our tires 1 year ago. We have waranty ,etc,.. on them. The 2 front ones might be a loss but the backs are good. The ins. adjuster said we could not have them. If its a loss they say we cannot take anything off the vehicle. I also dont like the price they gave us. We have full coverage luckily.
Am I entitled to these tires? I dont think they are taken into account in the value of the vehicle. And they should be. If someone has a killer stereo system, rims, etc,.. they just lose all that when an accident happens? Please someone advise me on what to do. Also do I have to accept the amount they are giving me for the vehicle. I know its worth at least $2000 more than they are saying. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Heres the deal, we recently were rear ended, some kid didn't look both ways before crossing the street, so my girlfreind braked for him, and this guy hits our rear end. We have full coverage on our car, with a $500 deductible. Anyway we take it to the body shop and have them fix it, they call us to pick it up, and are informed we owe the body shop $500 before they will release the vehicle to us. Is this right? We weren't told anything about this prior to the work being done. And it's always been my understanding that since the accident wasn't our fault nothing should come out of our pocket. any help would be greatly appreciated.

He is actually very good. Well, there have been several lapses of judgment. But over all, I'm happy with him. However, he has never taken a driver test nor is he legal in this country. He does work very cheaply and does a bang up job on keeping the car clean and shiny. Plus his Spanish come in quite handy when he picks up day laborers at Home Depot.

I know 2 neighbors who have brand new cars and it's been over 4 months and no license plates or registration papers on the front windshield. How can they drive like this without proof. They could get away with accidents (hit and run), or pass a light that does the photographing for tickets, and get away with it.
I am a law abiding citizen, have registration, insurance and just wonder how others get away with it.
DMV says over 3 months no plates is extreme.

I don't think the car I got has been in an accident. I looked at the car from top to bottom while at the dealership looking for any defects and didn't find anything, but I'm still feeling paranoid. I didn't do too much research on the car before I bought it, no carfax. But It was a reputable dealership and the finance guy said he knew the previous owner who took care of the car really well. That made it sound great, but I don't know why today I'm rethinking things and being paranoid about it.. probably because I spent a lot of money. I got the extended warranty, but then I thought, would a used car dealership offer an extended warranty if they knew the car has been in an accident?
