Early this morning someone backed into my car and did damage to the door and to the fender... I have (what I presume is full coverage, because I am still paying the car off), insurance, I don't know if they do, so I don't know what to do. What should I do?

Like everyone else said, give your insurance the info and they will pay for the damages. Your insurance company has lawyers that will litigate the matter in court fo you. Never take the other person's word on paying for it outside the insurance company. A lot of people get ripped for that, "Oh, can we settle this without getting the insurance company involved?!" Never, ever, ever...always go through your insurance company.

Notify your insurance company and tell them what happened.
If you have the persons name great but if you dont then you own insurance will takecare of the repair cost. They will consider that as a collision so you would have to pay your deductable.

Call your insurance company and explain everything. Do you have the information of the person who backed into you?
