Keep seeing the advert but ive got 10 years ncb aged 37 drive a golf gti 16v so no supercar..... so why cant churchill match or beat it? Been with privilege insurance for last 3 years very cheap, before that esure also cheap

My son was playing @ a friends house w/ 4 other kids. When he came home, the friends mom called me accusing my son of making a 1 inch scratch in the clear coat of her car. She then called 2 days later with an estimate of $901.00 to repair it??? Am I responsible for repairing it even though it happened on her property and the fact that my son says he didnt do it??? Shouldnt her insurance pay for it also? Please help!!!

Basically me and my boyfriend have been having this discussion. He says that since he has got fully comprehensive insurance on his car he can drive any other car and he will have insurance cover but that it will just be 3rd party insurance. So for example even though he is not on my insurance policy for my car he could still drive it and he would be covered by 3rd party insurance as he has got fully comp insurance on his.

I don't think this can be true - please can someone let me know?

I got rearended 1 1/2 ago and I have got to go to a specialist and they won't except my health ins. and my auto is max. also, her ins. co. said they will not pay until I settle w/them. The specialist said they have a plan where it is like a credit card and you pay 11.99% ints. on it but her ins. said they would not pay the int on it if they find that I am going to the specialist due to this injury. So, what should I do? I really do not want to have to get a lawyer.

I got in a car accident and it was my fault for turning left. I have full-coverage with a $500 deductible. It is worth estimated $30,000 and is a Lexus is250 2007. They said it might be fixable, but we just want a new car. They haven't called me back to tell me if it's totalled but if they say they will repair it, is there a way to just get a brand car and fight it. Or will the insurance prevail and just fix it because it's cheaper to do that? I'm going to talk to an attorney.

Okay here is the deal...

I just got a 2007 Pontiac G6 about a week and ahalf ago. This sunday I was getting ready to go to the store when I jumped in to my car I notice my two side mirrors were missing. Now why would any one steal that?????

My car has leather seat, a system, in other words, everythging!
Why the side mirrors.

Anyways I filed a police report, but I'm not sure if I want my insuance comp. to pay for it because I think it might go up. Maybe not right away but later on, or next year. I have Fred Loyal Full Cover.

What do you think?

i have a car and do like it, but since my work is only 5' drive away, i'm thinking about getting a bike. My problem is i can't have both cause all the insurance fees and mataince fees in stuffs. Having a bike is cool cause i'll save alot on gasoline and insurance, but it's dangerous on the road. What do you think?

Hi. I live in CA and am a finalist in a drawing for a free 2 year lease on a car valued at $25,000. I'd like to win but am worried because I will still have to pay any taxes, registration, licenses, insurance etc . . .

I am estimating the registration would be 250-300, insurance an additional 100 a month, but what would my taxes be? Would I have to pay taxes if the lease is "free"?

I am planning to sit my practical driving test soon. A friend of mine who recently passed her test mentioned she cannot hire a car. I'm not really sure why. It is not related to age, she is over 21 so I suppose it is because she might not have insurance. Assuming this is the case, If I pass my test but don't actually have a car can I still apply for insurance? Or is there another reason new drivers cannot hire cars?

I am so annoyed with the whole affair of our car its not even a year old yet and we have been treated very badly by the insurance assesors and then the garage keeping us waiting.The cost of the repairs were over £7,000.We had to have all new carpets,engine,turbo,starter motor etc.It was only because we went in and actually complained last week that we have now got our car back.The garage has had our car since july 11th,we were actually caught in the flood on the 4th.We got the car back yesterday and went out in it and it still smells,when my husband collected it he said he found the mats in the boot,the insurance company wouldnt replace those apparently ,even though they are made to fit our car and were in place and sat in the stagnant water for god knows how long at the garage.My husband feels we cant do anything now we have accepted it back,I dont agree I think the way we have been treated has been awful and want to take the car back because the smell to me is awfull.Can we?

WE PULLED OVER, AND THE WHOLE TIME HE TOLD ME DONT CALL THE COPS! SO I DIDNT BUT, WE AGREED THAT HE WAS GOING TO PAY ME CASH FOR THE DAMAGES. WE CALLED A COUPLE PLACES AND GOT ESTIMATES, AND THEY ALL AVERAGED AROUND 500 DOLLARS-600 DOLLARS. I DIDNT CALL THE COPS BUT ONE OF THE WITNESSES ON THE ROAD DID, AND WHEN THE COP GOT THERE I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED...SO AFTER THEY TOWED THE GUYS CAR AWAY AND THE POLICE TOOK THE REPORT, I WAS NEGOTIATING WITH THE GUY. HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME 250 DOLLARS NOW, THERE ON THE SPOT, AND HE WAS GONNA GIVE ME ANOTHER 300 DOLLARS BY 3PM (THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED AT NOON), SO I SAID OK, BUT SINCE THEY TOOK HIS CAR HE WOULD NEED MORE TIME, SO I GAVE HIM TILL WEDNESDAY, 2 DAYS AFTER. IT IS NOW TUESDAY, I HAVE NECK PAIN AND I DEPOSITED THE 250 DOLLARS TO THE BANK TO KEEP A RECORD OF IT. WHAT DO I DO IF THE GUY DOESNT CALL ME WITH THE REST OF THE $$? WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? ins is paying 21,779, my lawyer gets 1/3 plus fees maybe 500(contracts,med records, ect.) My medical bills were 13,000. I feel though as if I will get WAY less than the lawyer. what so you calculate?

My friend's cousin got in a fight with 2 other individuals one night and ended up getting slammed on my car hood wrestling around. This totaled my hood putting about 11 dents and dings in to the hood. The vehicle is a 2005 sports car and the cost to replace the hood and match the paint is $1100. The police showed up but there was no police report. This happened about 2 months ago after dealing with the cousin and after he agreed to pay the $1100 I haven’t received a penny. Can I take this to small claims court? There were two eye witnesses.
