The only way it will be covered is if you add it to the insurance.
For example - I had bought some wheels for my car (BBS), insurance would only cover the amount of the replacement Original Equiptment - that is unless I specified on my policy that my wheels where infact more expensive then the OEM's.
Essentually, yes your rates will go up if you want them covered, since most OEM wheels are $100-$150 and aftermarket are significatly more.
But - bonus Insurance companies have wholesalers for wheels if you need to replace them. So you can replace your aftermarket wheels through them at a fraction of the retail price!! Insider tip!!

The answer is probably yes, but it depends on the specs of the body kit. Most body kits are seem as making the vehicle more distinctive and therefore more desirable as a potential target of theft, that's why you have to pay more to insure modified vehicle.
Your best bet is to check with your insurance company. If you don't tell them it can be really bad news if something happens - legally you have a duty to volunteer information to the insurer and not doing so can invalidate your insurance totally - that means not only would you not be able to claim the cost of your mods, you might not be able to claim at all.
