Depends on the seat belts - my rear seat is a bit like that, but only two rear seat belts. So a four seater car.

Just count the seat belts, then divide by two if you care. The insurance company just wants year, make and model, they don't care how many seats it has.

The answer is on your car registration document, the VO5, I think. It states the number of seats. This is assuming that you have not modified the car.

Check your V5 doucument, providing you own the car, it will actually state how many seats there are.
If not, what is the car model... as u dont say what type of car it is. seat belts will also provide another clue
