WE PULLED OVER, AND THE WHOLE TIME HE TOLD ME DONT CALL THE COPS! SO I DIDNT BUT, WE AGREED THAT HE WAS GOING TO PAY ME CASH FOR THE DAMAGES. WE CALLED A COUPLE PLACES AND GOT ESTIMATES, AND THEY ALL AVERAGED AROUND 500 DOLLARS-600 DOLLARS. I DIDNT CALL THE COPS BUT ONE OF THE WITNESSES ON THE ROAD DID, AND WHEN THE COP GOT THERE I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED...SO AFTER THEY TOWED THE GUYS CAR AWAY AND THE POLICE TOOK THE REPORT, I WAS NEGOTIATING WITH THE GUY. HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME 250 DOLLARS NOW, THERE ON THE SPOT, AND HE WAS GONNA GIVE ME ANOTHER 300 DOLLARS BY 3PM (THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED AT NOON), SO I SAID OK, BUT SINCE THEY TOOK HIS CAR HE WOULD NEED MORE TIME, SO I GAVE HIM TILL WEDNESDAY, 2 DAYS AFTER. IT IS NOW TUESDAY, I HAVE NECK PAIN AND I DEPOSITED THE 250 DOLLARS TO THE BANK TO KEEP A RECORD OF IT. WHAT DO I DO IF THE GUY DOESNT CALL ME WITH THE REST OF THE $$? WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? I LIVE IN ARIZONA. PLEASE HELP ME OR GUIDE ME, AS I AM ONLY 20 YRS OLD.
