Tomorrow i will have had my license for a year. My parents say its debatable wether or not i can drive others. I showed them a rule on the website but they still say its a debatable. I would like be able to show them a rule stating clearly that i can drive people tomorrow?

I think they mean that it's debatable whether or not they will allow you to do it. Just because the government is OK with it doesn't mean they have to let you.

If you have the Drivers manual they normally give you when you apply for a permit, it should tell in there.
