Depends on what the offense is for. If it is alcohol related, it could be on for ten years or more. If it's parking tickets, they drop after three. Insurance companies are allowed to see three years back, except for alcohol related, that push it to ten. Employers get to see five years back.

The 3 States I have lived in, dropped points on the one year anniversary of the infraction if it was a misdemeanor violation. This does not mean that the record is erased. Usually, 6 points in one year will eard a suspension.

here in oklahoma it somewhat is 3 years from the date of the value tag. here you could take a classification that final from 2-6 hours which will take 2 factors off your checklist. you could take the class as quickly as a year
