No, the state will tell them for you. Also many adjacent states have reciprocal agreements. So if you get a ticket in a nearby state, it is likely your insurance comapny will still find out.

do not worry they will find out soon enough an up goes your insurance. i know one speeding ticket was a hard lesson learned. three years my insurance was higher. OUCH
