The doctors say that my little cousin, who is about 1 1/2 years old, is alright. She had a seizure, but there was no previous health problems, nor was she pre-mature.

Has this happen to anyone (or their child) before?

she tells me that she loves the world and everyone is beatiful and everyone loves her. It breaks my heart that one day she will realize that it is not true, that she will see how cruel some people can be. How can I explain that to her. She has a very sweet, loving, and caring nature, so I want to explain but I don't want to take that away from her either. Please Help. I appreciate every answer you can give me.

On the other sections of yahoo answers. there is a constant barrage of questions from kids about:
"what is the right size of a penis for a 14 year old"
What is a vagina?
What is wrong with my penis, it curves
What is a circumcision?
What do you do during sex.?
And the list GOES ON !!!

When I was a kid, my parents were the source of my answers about this kinda stuff. Don't parents talk to thier kids anymore??

I've been watching Super Nanny recently, and was just wondering if any has tried any of the methods she's advocated and has seen positive results? The TV show only shows 2 weeks of the discipline process, so I'd like to know what were the longer term effects and success rates. Thanks!

I just married about a month ago. My son's father has not been in contact or tried to see him in over 3 months. I know for a fact that he does not have any interest in or care for the child. Anyways, my new husband is really eager to adopt and I know he will love and provide for my son to no end. Does anyone know the steps or what i need to do to start the ball rolling on this? Please, any info helps tremendously!!!!!

I have two boys a 15 month and a 1 month old! I'm been separated for 4 months now, I was pregnant when this happen, I move back with my parents, since I was not working and didnt have anything. The father comes and gets the 15 month old and fights we me all the time that he wants to keep him for the night everyday and he threats me with I'm not working, and I can not provide anything for my kids. I do live with my parents and they are helping with everything. I would like to know what rights do I have. I do tell him, that I will take him for child support and to get a judge order so we can have a schedule, because he comes as anytime he wants...11p.m. 9a.m I mean whenever he feels like it. I'm tired of taken that and fighting over it. Please help! I need some advice of my rights as a mother to keep my child! He says that our son should spend more time with him for the fact that he lives with me. I don't agree! When I was pregnant he wouldn't even care to come by and see his son.
