Adding one-half cup of table salt to one-half tub of water creates a normal saline solution, similar to what is naturally present in the tissues, and may relieve the burning. Commercial Domeboro powder may also be helpful. One alternative to bathing is to use soaking wraps. For this method, cotton towels or other cloths are soaked in tepid water, with table salt or Domeboro powder added for comfort if desired. The patient’s bed is covered with something waterproof, and the bare skin is coveredas thoroughly as possible with the wet wrappings

My brother has bad eczema everywhere, the things that seem to work the best are Aveeno like you have been using Walgreen's and CVS carry the type you are looking for also you can try Soothing Naturals its in the baby section of stores for Eczema that seems to work well on the face and oatmeal face masks. The best by far is from a doctor though non-steroid Elidel gets rid of it fast! Good Luck

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

Try Curel 24 Ultra Healing 24 hour lotion. They also have one that is fragrence free. This lotion will work. I struggled with dry skin and exczema for months. I tried Curel and that very same day I saw a huge improvement to my skin. Since your daughter is only 2, applying the lotion once a day should be beneficial for her. Good luck.

There is a baby eczema cream at Meijers. Baby bath and Lotion. I forget the name of it now, but I had to use it on my youngest son. or you can use hydrocortizone, a little bit twice a day. If you don't have a meijers near you, IM me and I'll go pick some up for you and send it to you.

My 6 month old son has it (while his twin sister does not) and I have a prescription cream that I use when it is really bad, but I put Aveeno lotion on him and use Aveeno baby wash. They are specifically targeted for babies with eczema! I highly recommend them both!!
