My boyfriend is going to charge me $600 a month to move into his house. I am pregnant with his child and he already has 2 kids(that are from a previous relationship) living with him in his 3 bedroom home. He said we will split the cost in half for the babies needs. Does this sound reasonable?

my 26 months old girl neither speak well nor understand verbal commands, although she can immtate some difficult words that means she has no problem with her speaking mechanism. But she dosen't understand verbal commands.she has no hearing problem, I evaluated her by a psycho-analyst 4 months ago, but the report was within normal range. she use to talk with hershelf meaninglessly and occationally she pronounces some perticular lines of poems or some words which she use to listen from us. but these thing she use to do very rarely.I have consulted many doctors (paediatrician to speech pathologist) but the problem persists.as if her speech and learning development is suddenly stopped. she is otherwise doing well with her movements,enjoying poems and music, eating well.She is neither autistic nor hyperactive(as told by doctors)but her attention span is very short. I am very much worried about her speech development. what should I do?

I know that spotting can be normal in pregnancy, but it is like I have a light menstrual flow for almost two days now. I also feel like I have menstrual cramps. There has been blood, but I haven't passed any tissue. I am just really nervous. Please let me know if this is normal.

she was 14 and didn't want to abort the baby. her mother brought her to the clinic and the counsler, her mother, and aunt manipulated her in to it. now she's been crying for days and shows signs of depression. and worst of all. she has to pretend like nothing ever happened, so she cant speak about it. when she does it has to be in secret, she says she regrets it and feels extremely guilty and sad. It's just so wrong and sad. is this even legal?

My six month old has an absolute fit when put down in his playpen or highchair. He cries (differently) out of anger as if trying to tell me "I SAID PICK ME UP!". He does not get tired of crying and honestly, I think he's to little for discipline. I know he understands when he's done something wrong, cause I say "no" in a firm (not yelling) voice. He starts crying.
I am blessed to be able to care for him at home as long as need be, so he may have a little bit of seperation anxiety. I think he is very smart and wants to do more than his physical body can handle yet. He does not want to sit - EVER. He wants to stand. Most of the time he spends in the jumper. He loves it. I need him to learn to be in the playpen though so that when my family cares for him in their home he can play happily in there. Also, I've taken the playpen outside and he loves it. He's an outdoors kinda fella! :) . I think he just has a strong temper and is very determined. Any advice? Thx to all!

IMy 15 year old daughter just came to live with me. She lived with her father from age 10 to 15. We were living with my parents and moved out this past weekend.

I have to get stuff for her room like a bed and desk.

In the meantime, she keeps saying that she hates it here where we are living and does not study. She throws tantrums every evening and says that she is going to fail her classes and then accomplishes nothing.

She then asks me to help her and does not listen when I try to explain her things She uses her energy to throw things around and scream at me and then she does absolutely nothing.

How should I handle her? She keeps telling me the bad things that I have done in the past and does not study.

I end up begging her to study because I am concerned for her GPA and how she will go to college. Should I leave her alone or push her to study?

Amazingly enough, me and my two best friends all got pregnant within a week of each other!! (not planned at all!!!)We are all extatic!! We were thinking instead of each of us throwing each other a seperate baby shower and having 3 showers in a month, we thought that it would be a cute idea to have a group shower! Im 22 weeks prego with my first baby. Lately I have been very emotional. I am jealous of people who have babies and just wish my boy could be born already. There is nothing more I want than for him to be healthy (and full term) but it feels like Ive been prego forever and jus wish I could hold him already. I hate feeling this way because i feel Im being selfish...I want him to be born now but I dont want him to be premature..Am I making sense? cause I dont understand myself..why am I like this..?Should I just book myself into a loonybin and wait for my due date...?

I am currently 33+4 weeks pregnant and haven´t put on any weight for at least 6 weeks. When I went on the scales this morning I have actually now shed a few pounds. My baby is still very active and my bump is growing steadily. I have been diagnosed with pre natal depression and have now been put on medication. I probably haven´t been eating as much as I should´ve been although I am trying to eat more. Is it right that I should be losing weight instead of gaining it at this stage of my pregnancy?

i've done 2 pregency tests, both negetive, several weeks back, had a normal period on july 27 then on aug.20 i spoted a few days then again on sept. 21, did the same for a few days. so could i be pregnant? also, i've been having these feelings in my stomach, feels somthing like a small kick, not sure how to explain it any other way. so i'd like everyones opinion, i'm also starting to look pregnant, i feel pregnant, i already have 2 boys. i've been nauseaed for a few months now, throwin' up some, cant sleep, loss of appititue at times, having cravings in the middle of the night, to name a few systoms. can ya'all help me out here. and thanks in advance.

Ok, I am 9 months pregnant and I have an excess amount of amniotic fluid, I gained 20 lbs in 2 weeks! I can barely do anything, my back just kills me and it is so heavy, the doc told me to stay home and do nothing. So, I never went to any breathing classes, he might be inducing me next week, how can I get through natural birth without having those breathing classes? any suggestions? Please!

I am 40 weeks today!!! I hope you can help me out.. I have been having back aches for the past few weeks, and pressure and things.. 2 days ago i lost some of my mucus plug and yesterday i lost more just clearish... Today I had 2 loose bowel movements.. can i be in early labor?? I have a doctors appt this morning. what do you think she will say?? when do you think i will have this baby??

Last night i am pretty sure i was having contractions and this morning a little too.. This morning my back is constantly hurting and it feels like i have to do another bowel movement real bad.. but nothing is coming out... ???
