my daughter has not been wanting to go to school for the past month now and has been throwing fits to stay at home. like she has a demon in her. she is 5 years old. i had my baby last week and it seems to have gotten worse this week. she always wants to go over to her little friends house next door but this will stop until we can figure out what is going on. ever since school has started she has been having an attitude toward us. disrespectful, not minding and also since she has been playing with that little girl her attitude has changed. what are the signs of jealousy when a new baby comes. she already has a younger brother and she never acted like this.

ok my baby boy will be 3 weeks on sunday he is my first and I am still bleeding on and off. It is not heavy or anything and it is more dark then bright some days I have none at all others I do. When should it stop completly? Thanx all

My Four year old got head lice somewhere, I have treated it 5 times now, and my 15 month old has it now too. I have tried 2 different treatments from the store. I just can't seem to get rid of it. Please help any advice???

I have treated her hair and my house 5 times what more can I do?

I am 15 weeks pregnant with baby number 5. All of my other children are by my ex-husband. We have been divorced since April. I have been with my boyfriend since December(we were already seperated). My problem is my boyfriend doesn't want the baby. He literally broke out in a cold sweat when I told him I was pregnant. When I told him I didnt want to get an abortion he didnt speak to me for two days. That was a week ago and we have barely spoken. I am at a loss. While I am pro choice, abortion is not for me. I love this man although I know he's a looser. I need advice. Please.

I'm having the hardest time trying to decide what kind of breastpump to buy. I'm not going back to work or anything, so I shouldn't need to pump too often. I would just like to be able to pump enough so that Daddy can feed him too, and maybe store a little to take when we go out and about, so I won't have to breastfeed in public (not that there's anything wrong with that, I just don't see myself being comfortable doing it unless I had no other choice).
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good pump for me to get for this situation? I thought maybe the Medela Swing pump might be ok? If anyone has used that I'd love to hear what you think of it.

They were the First Response HPT, and Answers HPT. Yesterday I took one at 9 DPO, and it was negative. I also threw up today as well. What do you think, should I trust the postive, or be cautious and say it's a false positive? UGH!

I quit smoking at 25 weeks. Do you think my baby will be okay? Her birthweight at 24 weeks, was right where she should be, as far as length, gestational age, etc. I worry that even though I stopped my baby will have a nicotine addiction at birth??

I am so happy today because me and my fiance been trying to conceive for a couple of months now. My fiance has a number of health issues and after so many times grilling him about talking to his doctor he finally did today without me reminding him.

Now that we are taking that step and everything. What else should we be doing? I know I should be taking prenatal vitamins. Is there anything else?

They are 8 and 7 and she asked them about me leaving them alone. I leave them alone when I go to school Wed. mornings I leave for school at 7:45 but they don't leave until 8am. So there is a 15 minute window there.

Anyway, they told the truth, and I haven't heard a word about it. None has contacted me. (Its been 2 days). wondering if I should expect a visit from them or what? Did they just decide not to bother?

I am in my 6th month of pregnancy and about a month ago my doctor had me start taking iron pills because I had become slightly anemic. When he gave me the iron pills he also told me to start taking fiber because iron can make you constipated apparently. So, what exactly does fiber do for you? I'm just wondering because now I feel like I have to have a bowel movement almost immediately after every time I eat. It's embarrassing and annoying. Is this because of the fiber or is it just a pregnancy thing... or something else entirely?

How the heck do I calm my 2 year old in a nice resaurants???? He screams, yells for no reason, says MAAA MAAAAAM LOOOOOOK really loud says hi to everyone in the surroudning tables.... its cute... for 2 minutes. thats it. How can I get him to calm down.
