Seems like nothing is working right and the teachers seem to be "sleeping on the job" so far this year. Anyone else feeling like this with the program this year already?

What I mean is, if a child is really bad now, as in going out late at night, screaming, picking fights, cursing & maybe vandalising, smoking, drinking, drugs, etc, if they survive to adult-hood, what happens to them? When bad children reach adult-hood, do they naturally change their ways, learn from their past-mistakes, mature & become good, kind & responsible adults (in short, grow up) or do bad children remain the same forever, even as adults, & eventually meet a grewsome fate?

I am very interested to know.

My sister baby girl name is Maura. Most of my friends said that Maura is an antique name. Not very pleasing to the ear. They said its an ugly name now a days..Is this true? I myself do not like the name Maura either ha ha ha. what do you think yahoo answer member?

thanks for your answers also wanted to say too that i am 3weeks late with my period and that i have done 2 pregnancy tests and they both say negative i dont know what to do because i really dont want to lose my period again as theres my chances of getting pregnant. Surely if i was pregnant it would have said positve oh i dont know im getting really frustrated.has anyone else been in a simular situation? help!!!!

If you child can home from their other parents house in underwear that reaks of stale urine and/or has chunks of feces stuck to the inside and outside, would you consider that neglect? Or very poor parenting skills? The child in question is 7 years old, and has been potty trained for well over 3 years.

if you adopt a new born and already have a one year old that has not stopped breastfeeding can you nurse the newborn?..interfamily adoption...i have a relitive that is unable to care for her newborn and wishes me to take care of the baby for several years ...for the heath of the child i would like to nurse the baby does anyone know how this would work out????

OK i know most of you will say NO it doesn't work BUT me and my boyfriend have been using the pull-out method for over 2 years and we have sex everyday of the month and nothing ever happened...so why haven't i got pregnant yet?

So my question is did the pull-out method work for you?

Okay, so my hubby and I were together for 10 years when I left him (look back to my other questions if you need to know why). Not even a month afterward, he calls me and invites me down to the house for sex "or else we're done forever". I told him I wouldn't be his whore and he followed through with his promise - has slept around with 1/2 the city ever since. So I try to move on...I was pregnant with our 2nd child when I left him, so I concentrated on my son and my pregnancy...delivered a beautiful baby girl. Our separation has been really, really messy. Now all of a sudden, he's coming around again. He says he now understands why I left and has proven it with a detailed conversation. He said he doesn't want a divorce. He has even talked reconciliation. I can't believe after all this time he's sincere, but there's still that part of me that wants it to be true. The other night he almost kissed me. Then I find out he's been with some girl I know. Why are some men so stupid?

My two year old is driving me crazy.He has started running away a lot lately- at the park, at the store, in the parking lot, at the community center (which has his preschool class)

He will pull his feet out and drag if I hold his wrist and since I have a baby it is really hard. He has always enjoyed running away at the store, but it is getting much worse lately.

I dont make it into a game.

Putting him in the cart doesnt work because he either hits his sister, throws stuff out of the cart, or climbs out (while it is moving)

I just need some ideas...
