I think Kraft Crackel barrel has unsalted cheddar available.
I'm not sure if Black Diamond still has their unsalted cheddar available.

I thought cheeses were a no-no until 12 months of age? Even unsalted...

Try a health store they might,but i've never heard of unsalted cheese.Of course i've never went looking.

My little one adores strong cheddar, but dairylea is better for him - less fat and less salt! He still has his cheddar but in small amounts.
