when on trains, in waiting rooms, eateries etc. You have to consider other people. I'm sure lots of people will say 'Don't be such a spoilsport, they're only children!' but its just good manners to consider others. I'd never let my kids run riot and scream in public places, my mum never let me and my sister do it either.

seriously everyone, i need to get back to work and focus on my JOB!! I work from home but now i've discovered Answers I am addicted. It's like I've found a new friend (several actually).

i am a management consultant , I get paid for the work I complete and deliver to my clients. But I am finding it so hard to stay off Answers. Even the thought of not getting paid sooner rather than later doesn't detract me.

If my life wasn't so complicated i wouldn't need to seek advice from strangers. Yep, I'm addicted.

i'm going to miss you all but I need to get off.

I have a 13 year old son, who has many friends (same age) in our neighborhood. He and his friends are great kids who spend lots of time outdoors playing sports instead of video games all the time. Recently, a new kid moved on our block, 15 years old named "Dustin". Dustin has bad manners, is openly sexually active and smokes cigarettes in front of my son and his friends. Even though we have asked our kids to stay away from Dustin, it doesn't stop Dustin from coming around them. Yesterday, one of my sons friends got busted by the police for making out with his new G'friend (hand up shirt) in public. He also got caught with cigarettes. While my son wasn't involved, the son who got into trouble's mother and I are trying to figure out a way to make Dustin leave these kids alone. We found out yesterday he has been peer pressuring the boys to smoke and have sex. Any ideas? We can't keep the kids locked inside forever.

My five week old son was born undiagnosed breech vaginal feet first. he did not breathe for 15 mins after birth. the doctors want me to get an mri but i am not sure, they cannot do anything if he does have brain damage, and he will have to have a general anastetic. I am trying to watch his development to see if any damage. He is now five weeks and sleeps a lot most of the day, and he isnt smiling yet, he is my third but i cannot remember if this is normal. should he be more alert and smiling?

thanks people. for your responce, what a suprise that i get a cocky reply from someone!!!. i am sure that my ovulation is right but its just online tests that did about it.

Cappy is 4 years old and we adopted him 3 months ago. He is a perfect dog in all ways but this. He became my 18 year old daughter's dog immediately. He is well trained in all other ways but goes in my room and my bed! While dd was out of town he didn't go anywhere but outside but as soon as she came back he started going in my room and my bed again. She takes him out and he does his business, comes inside and goes in my room to go again. If my bedroom door is closed he will go in the hallway outside my door. He is crate trained will ask to go out and perfect in every other way. He won't go inside if we are in the room or can see him. He sneeks to poop in the house. HELP!! I am starting to hate this sweet, lovable dog! -

i have posted a few on bleeding, yesterday it was really heavy and was pouring out me. Its red and i also had a bit o cramp not really bad but def cramp. Im still bleeding lots today, it started on thurs but was browny then but now red. Had scan on fri but sac too small to see anythin in it. i have to go back a week 2moro i know im def going in for them to confirm my fears. Im maybe 5- 7 wks pregnant. Im 26 whats my chances of conceiving again soon after this? we have been trying for a year thats why im so upset.

Just wanted ti say thank you to everyone who not only helped me through my pregnancy but also now in the past 5 weeks since as my daughter has been born. Its been a bit of a bumpy rise, through the post natal depression but I am happy to say that I am feeling alot better. Still have my off days but as she grows, so does my love for her. She actually started sleeping better.. was alert for most of the day yesterday and maybe slept for around 2 hrs but then slept from 12 30 1am ish til 06am. She did fuss about 03 30am, but we persevered , making sure she wasnt hungry adn changed her nappy. It might be a one off but its a step inthe right direction! So thanks to all who have answered questions and helped!x

Our baby girl is now 3 months old and likes to move a lot now. She like to be pulled gently from a horizontal position to a sitting position. My wife is horrified at me for this, saying it is bad for girls to sit, and that they should always be lying down or in an angled position if sitting. She of course says he mother, her grandmother, her mother doctor's friends, even her brother tell her this. I have never heard it, or even seen it written in any book, but then again, I'm male, so what do I know. Of course I'm listening to her but it seems to me that by not letting the baby sit up, is stopping her develop her back. Please any answers or references to this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there, my hubby and I have been TTC for over a year now. I got all excited last month, because I finally got what appeared to be my first 'normal' period since coming off the pill.
Anyhoo, I sat anxiously waiting for my period to come the other week, and, it didn't. I did a HPT on the day my period was due, negative. I waited a week, no period, and another negative test. The next day, I had spotting, it was bright red, and literally only two drops worth, then the day after that, i had reddish brown spotting, again only a couple of drops worth. Now nothing for a few days. On Friday my period will be two weeks late. I'm really confused about all this. What do you think this could mean? Was that my period trying to happen and failing? why did it fail then? was it ovulation spotting? implantation spotting? (No, hubby and i do not have rough intercourse, no injury to the area).

my husband baby's the kids really bad when they are bad, he baby's them all the time, but when they are bad and throw tantrums and scream, becaus they don't want to go to bed he will hug them and kiss them and tell them that he will buy them things if they stop. it is really putting a wear on our relationship because i dont agree with it at all, i think by rewarding the kids with things when they act out, will make them think that everytime they are bad they will get what they want. and it makes me look like the bad guy all the time, because i don't play into it. and they get punished for doing those things with me. and that's when i get the "i hate you's" and if i tell our kids to do something and they throw a tantrum, he will tell them they don't have to do it, and he will do it. i really can't deal with it anymore, and if it continues i will leave so please HELP!!!!

I had intercourse about 5 or 6 days ago, my ovulation calendar predicted that was my ovulation date. This morning I had severe cramps and couldn't get out of bed. It lasted about 20 mins. My period isn't due for about 10 more days. I have a 28 day cycle. I'm wondering if it could be implantation cramps w/o the bleeding?

So man #1 I have been with maybe 2-3 times in the last 2 months, and he "finished off" inside...
man #2 I have been with maybe every 2-3 days but he always pulls out. No BCP or any protection.
Any ideas?? you can put rude comments if you wish, but I will ignore you. Unless you actually answer my question.
