Is this normal? He doesnt walk on his own yet, but when he grabs onto things, or walks holding onto things, he keep his feet all the way out, instead of pointing straight forward. he is 10 months.
should i be concerned? Maybe i should put him in shoes daily?

my daughter will be 1 tomorrow and she still takes a bottle 1 or 2 times a day and at nap time and bedtime. starting off i really want to try to put her to bed tonight without a bottle. but i know she will scream for hours and i hate to let her scream especially if there is something i can do to keep her from screaming (give her a bottle). any tips on weaning and such? i need all the help i can get!!!

at work when i told one of my kinda friends that i was expecting, he wrote me a letter saying that he was happy but mad because his wife and him have been trying for so long. i was really upset because i was so happy because i thought hed be happy and the first thing i got was anegative responce. second its not my fault that his wife had a cyst on her ovary since she was 13 and decided not to get it removed. is it wrong for me to feel upset? i feel i should be happy, not saying everyone has to be happy for me but why should i feel bad because i concieved and she decided not to get the cyst fixed when she was younger so she could. she knew what a cyst could do on her ovary,

A Little background: I'm a senior in high school & my fiance is a freshman in college, so we are both gone during the days. My parents recently put us into our own home & said they'd continue to support us until we're both done with college. We have a Nanny for our year old daughter who comes in around 8am and stays until 5. I was recently home sick for a few days, and still had her come in because I was told to get plenty of rest. I created a general schedule for our nanny to follow that I gave to her the day she started in our home, as to when my daughter usually naps, eats, plays... etc. I asked her to follow it generally, it didn't have to be completely strict, but when I was home I observed she failed to do so. I talked to her about it, and she told me she felt that no child should be on a schedule of any kind. I felt this was completely rude, and that she should still respect my wishes since I am the mom, and besides when she doesn't follow it, it throws off our daily routine.

My hubby really wants to name our son (if we have one some day!) Robert Paul, after family members (one of his grandfathers was Robert and the other Paul and my grand father was Robert and my dad's middle name is Paul). I like the name, but not too crazy over it, because to me, it just sounds old. What do you think?

I personally am still TTC, but my mother told me that her and my dad had happened to go to the beach one summer and went to see the palm reader for fun. The lady told my mom she was pregnant, which was a total surprise to her. So she ran home and took a pregnancy test and it was positive! I go out every weekend with my friends...and I basicly have atleast 1 hookup every weekend...but I never go as far as sex with them...I make out with them and do other stuff but never as far as sex! Is is still bad eventhough I don't have sex with all of them?

Ok, when does a baby start growing for its size and not its age??? I had an ultrasound and the baby was 4 days younger than i thought. But i want to know if all babies are born different sizes when does that start?? With my first at 18weeks you couldnt tell i was pregnant i just looked like i had a big lunch and now i am 18 weeks with my 2nd and i looks like i have a basketball under my shirt. I am scared to death because my 1st was 8lbs 2 and had torticollis in her neck because she had no room. you could feel her heartbeating through my skin it was so tight. I am 159cm and 51kgs and scared my baby is going to be HUGE my mum had all 9 pounders and my partner is 61/2ft and 90kgs. So please can someone tell me when my baby will grow for his size???

OK...well I have a boyfriend and we have been dating for 2 and a half years and I love him sooooo much! But last night I made such a bad mistake...We got in a little fight and I was pissed off at him so I went over to my friends house and there were these guys there and one of them was pretty hott and he was coming on to me and lets just say i didn't push him away if you know what i mean...we hooked up but it honestly didn't mean anything...I'm so scared and ashamed to tell my boyfriend even though he was so rude to me last night (he called me a really rude name and a lot of other stuff) so basicly I just did this out of anger to make him jealous...but I still love him a lot and he called and apologized to me today...and I know I need to tell him but I don't want him to break up with me...I so scared....I'm basicly in tears! Do you ever feel like you just want to run away on a long vacation, away from your children? Are you just so tired of there demands that you just want to sleep all day? Have you ever just felt like no matter how much you do for your kids its never enough. You ever feel like your kids take and take. Does anyone know how often women go into early labor versus late labor? Early as in 36-39 weeks and late as in 42 weeks? My son was a week late when I had him 10 years ago. My daughter is extremely small. She's not malnurished or anything, she was steadily gaining and at 6 months she suddenly stopped. They're testing her for all sorts of different things, mostly genetics.
However, she's 9 months now and she's been through all the stage 1 & 2 and has started table foods. Suddenly these last few days she has been refusing dinner ... and I'm freaking out. She needs to gain weight and now shes' not eatting I'm at my wits end. I've started feeding her these beechnut baby foods that are just cut up really soft meats, potatoes and other veggies, she really like them yesterday, today shes' choking on it, because shes' crying so hard.
I haven't shown her that I'm frustrated I smile and keep offering a variety of foods, but I'm really starting to worry.
My doctor forbade me to nurse her at night and told me to give her solids before the breast at all times, but now she seems to want nothing but the breast. I don't know what to do!

I am 47 yrs old and had a tubal ligation 10 years ago. Recently I had an ultrasound done because last month's period was longer than normal. The ultrasound technician and radiologist said that it looked like I had a gestational sac in my uterus but no baby. I took a blood pregnancy test and it came out negative. The ultrasound and blood test was done before I missed a period. Anyway, what I want to know is...is there something else that can resemble/mimic a gestational sac but isn't a sac? Like a cyst or tumor? Or might I indeed be pregnant but just tested to early? I am confused. I do go in for a appt. in October but I am losing sleep over wondering what is going on and if I may be a mom again!
