Here's a few suggestions that take into account the meaning of the names. I personally like the last option best, but also like the first one quite well.
Nathanael Carmane and Theodore Broder
Nathanael and Theodore both mean "gift from God".
Carmane and Broder both mean "brother"
I think Nate and Theo would be good nicknames and sound good together.
Tevin Chase and Kevin Jace
If you like the rhyming thing with twins Tevin and Kevin both mean "beautiful at birth". Personally, I think they should not have names this similar, especially if they are identical twins, because they will struggle enough to have their own identity.
Wyatt Drake and Ethan Blake
This option uses similar middle names and meaning of their first names, but still allows individuality. Wyatt and Ethan go well together and they both mean "strong".
