Cramps are really common in late pregnancy and can be due to lack of circulation and rest.
Try laying with a couple of pillows behind you and a couple under under legs to elevate them. If you lay on your side, put a pillow behind your back, inbetween your legs and under your bump to support you. The bed will look like a giant cushion and hubby won't be able to get near you, but it helps!

Drink lots of fluid, try lavender oil or jasmine on or under your pillow at night. I also found that a cup of hot tea before bed or maybe a hot chocolate relaxes you too. Hot shower can have the same effect. Bathing is not such a good idea as bacteria can travel inside the vagina. Insomnia is really common too. I thinks its your bodies way of getting you ready for all those nights of broken sleep for the next 3 years!

Just make sure to get lots of rest, nap if you can, and gentle exercise like a late afternoon walk can make you tired enough for a good nights sleep.

Best of luck and fingers crossed it happens for you soon!
