I know that spotting can be normal in pregnancy, but it is like I have a light menstrual flow for almost two days now. I also feel like I have menstrual cramps. There has been blood, but I haven't passed any tissue. I am just really nervous. Please let me know if this is normal.

You should definitely call your doctor. It might not be anything wrong but it could also be miscarriage so just to make sure call your doctor asap. Good Luck with everything.

I'm on my fourth pregnancy and with my first 3 kids I never experenced any bleeding or cramping. But on this pregnancy around my 6th or 7th week I did have some cramping and spotting. But it was a brownish color and it was lighter than a period flow and it lasted off and on for about 2wks. I would call your doctor and he will do an ultrasound to make sure everything is ok. Best of luck!

Please see a doctor, and as soon as possible. It could be nothing, but there could be a problem, and the sooner you get seen the easier it will be to sort it if it isn't too late. I have had 11 miscarriages and this sounds like it could be what is happening to you, but you wont know until you have an ultrasound, or at least a series of blood tests.

I hope for your sake everything is ok, but the only way to find out is going to be to see someone.

Good luck.

Go to the ER today! You need to rule out a miscarriage. Yes, some bleeding is normal, but you still need to be seen.

I'm sorry, honey, but it doesn't sound normal. Can you get to the doctor to see if they can do an ultrasound?

In the meantime, drink some water and try to rest.

Get off the computer and go see your doctor! Sweetheart, we cannot diagnose you, we are all thousands of miles away and aren't professional medical doctors. For the sake of you and your baby get off the computer.
